The double burger lettuce wrap was excellent. The seasoning on the burgers was great. I liked the fries yet they could have been slightly crisper. The honey BBQ wings were good as well.

On January 3, 2025, at approximately 5:40 PM, I entered the restaurant and politely asked the cashier who was very professional if I could get a fresh small order of fries. I asked what the wait time would be, and she told me about 5 minutes.
However, as I was walking to my seat, my number was called within about 30 seconds, which immediately concerned me. I picked up my order, opened the box to check the fries, and saw that they were not fresh. I even tasted one to confirm.
I returned to the counter and explained the issue. The employee handing out orders took the fries back and told the kitchen that they were not fresh. At that point, I witnessed the cook open the box and pour the fries back into the fryer, even though the box had already been opened and the fries had been touched.
This was extremely disturbing and unsanitary, as those fries were placed back into the oil where other customers’ food was being prepared instead of making a fresh batch. I immediately mentioned this incident to the cashier as well.
This was one of the most unsanitary and concerning food handling practices I have ever witnessed.

I have been meaning to do this review for a few weeks. I ended up at this location by mistake. I ordered food from the location in Douglasville so I thought.. Turns out there’s actually a Fairburn Road in Atlanta as well. I was very upset when I went to the Douglasville location and they did not have my order. I had to drive all the way from Douglasville all the way down into Atlanta to this location. I tried to call multiple times but it turns out they don’t use the business phone anymore to take orders or accept calls. So of course when I got down there, I was very upset because I could not get a hold of them. The girl who at the front that evening was not very friendly however, she went and got her manager, so that I can discuss the situation with him, because I knew at this point my food had been sitting. I was most concerned about the fries, even though I want everything fresh, I knew the fries were old. The manager was awesome and immediately offered to make fresh fries for our orders, he gave me a free drink, and even gave me free cheesesteak egg rolls. I believe his name is Jason. I told him I was going to do a great review on him because he did all of that without me asking. In this day and age, it is really hard to get good customer service, and even the managers cannot be relied upon to provide good customer service, or even just compassion and understanding in a situation. I highly recommend this location because of the manager. He might even be the owner. 10 out of 10!!

Delicious vegetable fried rice. I revisited this location twice in a week. The food is cooked to order so it’s hot & delicious every time. This is my new favorite fast food place to eat. I’d like to thank the cooks & staff for all their hard work. The customer service is outstanding.

My husband said 2nd best but I say #1!!!!

Customer service is good.

Only thing is we brought our kids and through we’d be able to eat inside. But unfortunately they had some really inappropriate music videos playing and we had to eat at home. But overall great food.

They never crispify my wings like I ask when ordering on door dash. What’s the point in having the option if you aren’t going to do it?Also, the fries are always soggy & unsalted and the rice is mushy. I’m around the corner from this place so that tells me the food was that way when they put it in the to go containers

This is my 3rd or 4th time coming to this location and I always receive great customer service. The food tastes AMAZING! I order Teriyaki lemon pepper wings and it always tastes just right.. not too salty not too saucy, but the perfect mesh. They have a few drink selections to choose from and I am slightly biased because I love peach anything and they have peach juice and Lipton iced tea; so it’s a keeper for me.
Now I am picky about my fries, but they have soft yet lightly crispy fries, so that definitely helps. Great for any occasion.

I ordered 7 items via the website for pickup. Once I arrived, I was told that the system didn’t process my order and they didn’t know where my money went. They called the manager and figured it out. I waited the advised 20 minutes and checked on my order. They then told me that the cook didn’t get the ticket and hadn’t started cooking it. They couldn’t process a refund because I ordered it online. The lady up front was upset with me and had a nasty attitude. I am extremely disappointed. Please keep in mind that the DoorDash drivers didn’t have a problem picking up their online orders.
