Hey- I just got subs here, about 10-15 minutes ago [Tuesday 9:13 right now] and the lady that served me gave me over what I wanted, because I wanted *more.* I ask for more pepperoni? She gives more pepperoni. More cheese? More cheese. I’m eating my sub as I’m typing and it is so yummy

Great place but they do not wear hair nets and I’ve been there twice (months apart) and each time they have hair on my sub will never eat there again
The first time the manager didn’t believe me so I sent her a picture and she gave me a $10 gift card then 6-7 months later I went there again instead of following my first mind and going to Publix I went there because it’s on my way to work Publix is out the way it’s a shame you have to go out your way because restaurants can’t seem to follow standard food handler rules which is to wear a freaking hair net I don’t want another gift card I want to be able to eat there without having to swallow hair

The staff was friendly however, the food was in ugly and nearly rotten condition. Lastly, the meatball sandwich we ordered was empty. My salad had rotten lettuce.

This place has phorid flies “sewer flies” climbing all over the walls, which means they have a problem with their drainage system. What else they got a problem with? Oh yeah I can tell you unsanitary conditions good luck with your food poisoning hahahaha! Not going back gross!!!!!!!

This place is crazy busy during the lunch hour but they keep the line moving pretty fast, todays visit was good, food looked and tasted pretty freah and staff was friendly and quick to get my food done so I could be on my way.

Ladies that work here are not generally friendly. Seem like they hate there jobs and some are down right rude.
I order online allot and 95% of the time my orders are incorrect and I’m kinda over it. At first I let it go but it’s getting pretty ridiculous. This morning I ordered a breakfast sub and another sub. My breakfast sub was not toasted as requested and it had no cheese or the extra bacon I paid for. ( this.happens allot) I haven’t opened the other sub but I’m going to assume I will be disappointed as well with that one.
I suggest not ordering online here, go in and make sure it is the way you want it and it has everything you pay extra for.

I used to get lunch there daily being that I work at the hospital. One of the workers was making my sandwich and asked me the toppings, I said tomato’s and she heard mayo and starts putting it in my sandwich. I stop her cause I did not want nor do I like mayonnaise. At which time she rudely says I said mayo not tomatoes and threw my sandwich to the side and then someone else came and remade it. I will never spend another dime at this location.

I ordered a six-inch black forest ham sub with all the fixing. The service was good. The food was not as fresh as it normally is which took me back a little. The lettuce, tomatoes, or banana peppers were not fresh as normal and the cookies were not fresh.
