This burger king in Mount Carmel Illinois always gives old toys in the happy meals my kids was looking forward to the ninja turtles toys but they gave us old SpongeBob toys and today an old go fish cheaply made piece of cardboard. We won’t ever come to this location again. The food itself isn’t too bad just always cold.Every other burger king has the ninja turtles toys but this location doesn’t.

Took 23 minutes from placing order to receiving order tonight. When opened bag there was not a full order of onion rings and they were old. Special ordered a whopper that also was not warm. Not sure what I waited on since 6min of the time I was at the pickup window and had paid. Four mail employees were able to be scene behind counter and no customers were inside. Had at least 5 cars behind me and only 1 car in front of me when I placed my single order.

Extremely rude and I didn’t even get my order. I went to buy dinner and ordered two meals and another burger with onion rings and another drink. I only received two cups. I asked for a third cup and the woman at the counter who didn’t even take my order tried to tell me I only ordered two drinks. I tried to show her on the receipt and another person, I’m assuming a manager, came over. Both he and the woman were rude and kept trying to tell me that I was being rude even though I wasn’t. Finally they told me to leave for “being rude”. I left and was told not to come back but I didn’t intend to ever go back anyway.

Went through the drive through just a few minutes ago got chicken fries large fry and a double cheeseburger the chicken fries was like a limp noodle not crispy the burger patties looked mushy so I go back and ask for a refund and tell them they can keep the food the manager says I don’t give refunds so I’m out money and the food wish I could get in touch with her boss

Went for a quick bite after my Covid testing at Wabash Hospital. Ordered a couple of bacon croissant sandwiches for the 2 hour ride home.
A few seconds after leaving I opened the bag to distribute the tasty breakfast treats, only to discover cold sandwiches. How disappointing this was. This was at 8:15 in the morning and there were no other customers in the drive through, so being rushed wasn’t an issue. Shame on you Burger King. Definitely not what we expected.

Everytime i come here there is always something wrong with my order! I get a whopper for it to have no pickle or onion, i ask for extra pickle and extra onion and i get either none at all or just the regular amount, one time i was even missing the patty do better!!!
