I waited 10 minutes for this “lunch turkey wrap” with egg. I guess bacon, Avocado Ranch, Cheese, and Spinach are use your imagination only. They should have just mugged me for the $13 and slapped me with the tortilla shell, it would have been a better experience.

Waited to place my order for 10 minutes listening to everything they were doing inside because the microphone was on. 4 cars behind me and one at the window. I finally said “hello, am I able to place an order” my response was “yeah, what would you like”. I asked for a manager and of course they weren’t there. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Don’t waste your time or money going to this coffee shop!

The photo shown is their large. It’s MASSIVE! Their mediums are the size of a large at Ellianos or Starbucks. Absolutely worth the money, and their coffee tastes great! I love Red Owl!

Went thru drive thru. The sign was very well organized. The young lady that helped me was nice. I just ordered a French Vanilla Frappe w/ whipped cream and I was delicious. Would go back.

I have tried giving Red Owl grace, but each and every time I go there I am highly disappointed. The staff aren’t warm and welcoming, most of time my “hot” macchiato is cold, I order the same item and my price fluctuates every time. i have bought bagels before and asked for them to be toasted and they were ice cold. I had the opportunity to speak with a training personnel who was very kind and gave me hope to continue going, yet I am still disappointed. It is closer to my home but I rather drive across town to get coffee and waste my money here. They have great potential but until some changes happen, it’s a no for me.

the past two times i’ve been here the time i spent waiting was way too long, as i was the only person in the drive thru. the staff is very stoic and moves with no urgency at all.

Drive thru. See ice is the best. Always over friendly and send messages on your coffee. So cool. Great coffee too!!! Go there every time I’m in Thomasville. You should too!!!!!
