Huge selection of tequilas and great beers . Food was amazing . Price was on point . I visited this place on a day when the owners waitress was running late . It was a Saturday afternoon actually Valentine’s Day and people were coming in dast . I watched the owner Leo make drinks,serve tables and take orders all on his own til his help got there and once she did arrive he went back to the kitchen and cooked . This guys is a hustler living the American dream . Help him and and visit . U won’t be disappointed .

I picked up chicken nachos Sunday Night Labor Day weekend. The portions are huge & very flavorful. So huge that I ate a small portion last night but finish it off for breakfast the next day! Much better than next day refrigerator pizza! Picture is what left over!

I love chilangos, its atmosphere is very cozy, the staff is very friendly, and it has the best Mexican food, I love the shrimp and coconut coleslaw and cod fish tacos, and the chimichangas are delicious. Margaritas are highly recommended to try, They have happy hour from 4 to 6 pm every day and it’s only $5, I love it. Oh and by the way, it also has a bar with 275 different tequilas

Have been coming for years, the taco Tuesday specials are worth checking out. Our server was amazing, we came in on a rainy Tuesday, she was running the whole floor and we never felt like we were slow for service. She gave us great recommendations on the Anejo tequila selection, as there was a huge range of different kinds of tequilas to choose from (although no mezcal, not a problem for me as I don’t love Smokey)!! Overall Chilangos is the perfect cozy local spot for Mexican, with a fun outdoor patio for the fair weather season!

I kind of felt like I was in Mexico sitting out in a parking lot listening to spanish music, atmosphere is definitely here, especially at night. Wait staff is all over the place, taking double orders and bringing double orders to my table.
We ordered the pitcher of Margarita, and it was completely watered down, couldn’t taste any tequila whatsoever. The chicken tacos were delicious, very fresh and the chicken was not dry. The nachos were soggy and the pulled chicken on it tasted like it came from the freezer and was defrosted and thrown on the nachos.
You guys can do way better, especially given the time of the evening and there was about 5 tables that were occupied.

The stars are for the drinks and the decor at the bar. I had heard great things about this place and so did my friends. We went to celebrate a birthday. We had a party of 4. The food and service were not good. I understand being short staffed but there was no mention of anything for over 30 min while we noticed people who sat after we did got their food. I had to go ask the bartender for our appetizer finally. She was very nice. The empanadas were the best thing we got besides drinks. They came with lettuce and pico all over them which is not needed.
The blue curaçao margarita is delicious and absolutely the best thing I had. Shots of patron helped too!
Our waitress did not show empathy or understanding when we placed an order or when it was late. The other waitress/ bartender had to help her and she was very nice despite the fact our table was not hers.
The flautas were dry and hard to chew. I ordered pork and pineapple tacos thinking it would be like carnitas or Al pastor. It was not. There were dark, dry over-spiced pork pieces. There was an additional spice on them that turned me off but I could not figure out what it was. Also they were too spicy hot so they burned by mouth. I asked to return them and I was given an argument at first and then the other waitress returned them.
Also the beef tacos came covered in raw onions. I had asked for no raw onions on the pork because the menu stated they had them. The menu does not mention raw onions on the beef tacos so I didn’t ask to have them removed. I could not eat those either. Disappointed.
I am not sure I would go back. Unless it just for a drink.

First time there today and will definitely come back !! The food was seriously authentic, tasty and very generous portions. The guacamole was exceptional .The owner was so welcoming and the restaurant was very inviting . Make sure you stop by !

I used Uber Eats to have our dinner delivered. We ordered 3 chicken tacos with corn tortillas.plus a chicken fajita salad. All fresh ingredients ingredients the chicken was cooked to perfection. Delicious ! Keep up the good work. AND I’ve seen the owner at our recyling center. That makes me happy to see the restaurant being responsible.
