Upon entering Norma who was working, joyfully greated us and several other customers that came in. She was so sweet and so pleasant. She honestly made the atmosphere and the whole vibe just a happy place to be. The food was great and Norma made everything even better with her kindness! Everyone else working were also very kind and did a great job. Peoples attitudes can definitely make a difference and everyone there and especially Norma just made it a great experience.

This place has amazing service… John was so kind and fast at his work even when it was the entire college team that got sandwiches. They worked fast and efficiently and were very fast with what they had and not many people working. I know they had a lunch rush and ran out of bread but they were accommodating with suggesting wraps and bowls. Great place to go!

We Ordered food from here on Sunday 9/14, we did a mobile pick up. We picked it up about 8:30 PM. I don’t know if the employees were in a rush to get out that night but all four of our subs were completely drenched in vinegar and oil not just the normal amount like four times the normal amount, when I asked for it all to be on the side. Two of the subs had the wrong toppings, and the one sub that was supposed to have No oregano had it all over. The worst thing about this whole situation is I didn’t online complaint to come to find out nobody at the store cares at all. I requested a follow up and I haven’t heard anything. I called Then on Monday to follow up only to hear I could leave a message for the regional director and they would call me back. What a joke never heard from them. I am disputing this with my credit card, what horrible customer service can’t even get a hold of anybody when you have a problem. Do yourself a favor. Stay away from this location.

What in the heck kind of operation are you running here? This location has become terrible. $28.50 for a sub, cookies, and drink but it’s a pile of mayo and lettuce that I need to scrape off. Why are you making such sloppy sandwiches? Don’t know if I’ll ever return.

First time having Jersey Mike’s. Food was good, not very busy, relatively clean. The only issue is that one of the employees was being very unprofessional with a bread knife and was stabbing the air.

Hubby loves Jersey Mike’s but I have never been to one before. Food was amazing and they have PEPSI!! Would have been 5 stars if EVERY SINGLE table in there wasn’t dirty. Only one other family was there so we picked the least dirty table. Saw at least 3 people working and not one came out to wipe down the tables while we were there for about 40 minutes :/
