I went through the drive through yesterday around 6:00pm. The worker at the window seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered. It was no greeting when I pulled up or anything just a “WHAT YOU WANT” . Seem like she was upset customers were coming
Not only that she gave me my order but the kids meal I ordered they only gave me fries not the entire order . I had an 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal but no chicken nuggets in the bag just fries and a toy.
I tried to call them multiple times but nobody answers the phone. They kept letting it ring without answering . All I have to say is before you pull off CHECK YOUR FOOD . You will be paying for food that you don’t recieve . I feel like I need another happy meal for free due to my daughter not receiving her proper meal I ordered . THEY REALLY NEED TO DO BETTER !!!!

Don’t waste your time at this Burger King! Customer service is terrible. Makes sense as to why it’s always empty, it’s unfortunate how bad it’s has gotten. I work down the road and frequently visited, but know I’ll drive right past it. Drive 5 min down the road for a better experience!

I had the most wonderful experience at this burger king location. The manager and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. This was my first time at this BK and l definitely be going back just because of the wonderful staff. They were very accommodating and offered me a crown and told me l rule, which no other BK had done before. They went out of their way to being the food to my table and made sure l was pleased with my food. I felt royal and pleased with my dining experience at this location. If l could give it more stars, l would definitely not hesitate to do so. Kudos to every person. I encountered at my BK visit.

Had a double Whopper Burger with extra tomatoe and onions and it cost over $9.00. The fast food prices have gotten ridiculous. Wendy’s is the place to go for quality and prices in my opinion.

I was eating a double bacon cheeseburger and fries. Enjoying my fries I found what appeared to be a thick black line on a fry still in the fry box. I pull it out to inspect and at first glance I thouggt, eyelash.
NOPE…. IT WAS NOT!!!!
It was a cockroach leg. Fried onto the outter layer of my fries.
I tried to call and no answer my receipt is time stamped 12:28pm. I called 5x and its always busy. Im so upset and grossed out.

Look I’m a chilled reasonable person and I get it retail ,customer service isn’t for everyone, but this guy u all have in the mornings (Hispanic older 7am guy) didn’t get his name but I gave him 2 chances! I’m never rude so why be rude and inpatient with me! 1st time going to this location, and horrible service and food, thought maybe day 2 would be different, it was INDEED WORSE! I had a valid experience code and now he chooses to tell me pull up and flips napkins as if I’ll allow him to make anything I have to eat! No thanks I’ll take my service and money elsewhere!!MANGERS DO BETTER WITH HIRING!

The food is good, the staff is very nice and something I personally recommend are the tacos they are well cooked and I personally enjoyed it! The staff were fast with their service, the restaurant was clean there wasn’t any problems with it from when I went there.

I went through the drive through and ordered the whopper trio and the woman told me that I couldn’t get 3 of the same thing that I had to be 1whopper, 1 chicken fry and 1chicken Sandwich. all of them had to be different. I’ve never been told that at any Burger King that I’ve ever been to that. I don’t know how to be different. You couldn’t get all 3 of them. The lady needs to go Uber her book and check her menu. That’s why it’s called a whopper Duo or a whopper Trio.

I always buy chicken nuggets here for my autistic song and they have horrible customer service the only reason I come because is close to my house but the Spanish Mexican lady in the morning she treat customers horrible ,she is so rude . The manager should change coworkers .
