The food is just wonderful! They should be featured on Diners, Driveins, and Dives. We both had a chilli relleno dinner. It was so delicious and such a unique flavor, we ate every bite and were still craving more well after we left to go home. They also have a salsa bar with so many different choices, and some I have never heard of. The staff was so friendly and appreciated us coming in. All around, a great place! We’re definitely coming back.

Discovered Tacos Fuego about two months ago, this place has become a regular thing for me now! They have a great street taco menu. You can’t beat the asada tacos for 3 bucks a piece! They have birria tacos that are over the top! Free chips and salsa, and a great selection of salsa at the salsa bar, they have this guacamole salsa that is amazing! Atmosphere is great I like to sit in the bar area or outside it seems a little better of an atmosphere for me. And the outside tables have built in firepits. This is a great place to brings friends or a date. You won’t regret it!

An awesome mexican place in Pueblo. We searched it randomly while on our way back from Great Sand Dune to Denver and wanted a place to have a quick bite.
The place had a true mexican vibe. The food was awesome and a with true Mexican taste. The server were awesome and made sure to check on us. The price too was nominal. They food took a little time but the taste compensated for that.

Stopped by Taco Fuego in Pueblo and it was absolutely on point. I had the huevos rancheros and a side of their fresh guacamole, and every bite was solid. The eggs were cooked just right, the sauce had real flavor, and the guacamole tasted fresh and made with care, not scooped out of a tub.
The place has a great energy and the food comes out fast without feeling rushed.
You can tell they care about what they’re serving and how people are treated. It’s the kind of spot you find once and immediately plan to come back to.
If you’re in Pueblo and want Mexican food done right, Taco Fuego is a must stop.

I’m not a very social person but I felt completely relaxed here! Food was great, the atmosphere was wonderful and the service was even better! The waiter was very kind and patient, and the food was a reasonable price. Loved it here! If your in Pueblo I would visit here 😉

We absolutely loved our meals!! My Brother had the tamale with a taco. My sister had the. Soft chili relleno‘s my husband had the deep fried chili rellenos and I had the protein Carnitas bowl. They have a beautiful salsa bar. And their rice pudding was delicious. Definitely will come back the next time we come to Pueblo.

I’m from Texas and went here purely on reviews. I eat a lot of Mexican food at home. This is amazing food. I love that you have so many options. Had the fuego, the Waldo and the birria and a daisy margarita. All were incredible. This is on my short list for Pueblo.
