DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Horrible experience. We ordered the 15 boneless BOGO wings and instead of getting 30 wings, received 24. These guys thought we would count and can get away. When we called and complained, they said we can drive back 20-25 mins to come collect the missing 6 wings. The person on the phone had a lot of attitude as well and wasn’t apologetic at all. Horrible service!! The Reston location is so much better. I would drive another 10 mins and go there ANY DAY!!

I placed an order of various items for delivery. When I received the order, the fried that I ordered were not delivered. When I called the store, the person I spoke to told me to drive to the store to pick up the fries because they don’t have a delivery driver. I tried to explain to them that the reason I placed the order as delivery was because I had family visiting and I could not leave my home. I was then transferred over to the manager and ultimately did not have my issue resolved. The manager asked for my contact information and said that the other manager would give me a call the following day to give me a refund for the fries that I ordered because they did not have a way to have a driver deliver the fries to me that evening. This happened to me on Saturday, August 2nd, we are not Tuesday, August 5th and I have not heard back from anybody at Buffalo Wild Wings. It’s not fair to have the restaurant charge me for something that was not delivered. The reason I have not tried calling back is because the value of the fries is insignificant for me but the lack of responsibility on the manager’s behalf is what stands out to me.

I ordered two burgers today at 2:00 PM with 6 boneless Ex-Wet with fries and it turned out to be really delicious. The manager was really friendly and took my order (Marvin). The person who made the burgers knew how to make the burgers. And the person who made my the chicken/bonless wings knew how Ex-Wet wings should look like. Definitely coming back next time .

When i got my order. They gave me the wrong order. The receipt had my name on it but when I called and notified them. They accused me of grabbing the wrong bag but again it had my name on it. Then when I ask to speak with a manager. There was no manager there. So they gave me the manger number to call but hung up before I could write it down.

I ordered last Thursday and the food was very delicious. I know it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to finish the order. But trust me once it’s done, it is really fresh and delicious. Also this dude in the cashier was so chilled, loved talking to him.

Do not order from this location for Superbowl. There’s no order to orders and the staff can’t keep orders straight. Took over an hour to get a scheduled order. There were people next to me who had been there for 2 hours.
The management was not taking charge and letting the staff deal with the delays without much communication or apologies for the delay.
