I’m going to be completely honest. When I picked out this restaurant I thought I had been there before. When we got there I realized we had not, but we decided to give it a try. Amazing!
We sat at the bar. We started off with the Arancini and for dinner the gal had the Marinara which has clams, scallops, calamari, shrimp and mussels. The sauce is a family recipe – unbelievably good. I had the Manicotti special, also very good. We will certainly go there again. Highly Recommend

We ate here for the first time and loved it! It was a Monday evening at 5:30pm with a reservation, but wouldn’t have needed it. Place was filled by 6:30pm. Couldn’t find anything on the website that they accept reservations, only saw it on the reviews. Would be good to add to website. Lucked out on 1/2 price house wines, very good Reisling. We had pasta fagioli soup, which was delicious with bits of prosciutto. Entrees were chicken with lemon sauce and capers, and tortellini with butter and sage sauce. Both were delicious and served hot. (All dishes are made as you order them). And the bread was fantastic. We shared a dessert since we were celebrating…. the chocolate cake- rich, but not too “sickening sweet”! Small place, maybe 10 tables, very cozy. We will be back!

I’ve lived here all my life and always saw this place tucked away. I wish I had stopped sooner because it was incredible! I’m very picky with my Italian food but this was authentic and fresh.
The service was great and the bread was the best I’ve had in a long time. Place was small but cute and cozy. Can’t wait to go back. But make a reservation during season!

Good wine, short selection but overall good! Food is not authentic, pasta had crazy loaded amount of butter and lacks flavor, cannoli dip was crazy idea for the menu its basically chips with the cream on the side lol very poor creativity. This place lacks a good chef or an owner that cares to pay for a better chef.

I wanted to share a truly amazing dining experience my husband and I recently discovered, one that has completely captivated us.
About a couple of months ago, my husband stumbled upon a charming restaurant called Trattoria Mia, and from our very first visit, it has proven to be an absolute treasure. The moment you step through their doors, you are immediately enveloped in an atmosphere of genuine warmth and enthusiasm. The staff greets you with such heartfelt friendliness, it instantly makes you feel welcome.
The service at Trattoria Mia is nothing short of exceptional. Our server, Manni, consistently goes above and beyond, treating us with a level of care and personalized attention that makes us feel like family. His attentiveness and genuine warmth are truly a statement of impeccable service.
And then, there’s the food.  It is, without a doubt, the most authentic and exquisitely tasting Italian cuisine we have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. What sets Trattoria Mia apart is its  consistency; we’ve now had the pleasure of dining there three times, and each visit has been as flawless and delightful as the last.
I honestly cannot praise Trattoria Mia enough. If you’re searching for an unforgettable Italian meal, coupled with a truly welcoming ambiance, I urge you to visit. It’s an experience that you will truly enjoy and definitely have you come back !

We visited Trattoria MIA while scouting restaurants for our upcoming Under the Italian Sun themed event for our resort-style community and we were absolutely blown away! From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was authentically Italian and bursting with flavor. Anthony took amazing care of us, and Claudia answered all of our questions with such professionalism and passion, her menu was truly mouthwatering perfection.

Trattoria MIA captures the true essence of authentic Italian dining. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special. We can’t wait for our event.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in the area as well as statewide. Seriously, we love the family business. The mother and her daughters are the owners and they want their customers to be happy.

My rating is about 3.5 stars

We really wanted to like this place – we waited for the restaurant to be open after the holidays but the experience was a little disappointing.

First of all they really seem to love the balsamic vinegar – it was in the olive oil with the complimentary bread, it was in the bruschetta and it was in the arancini (the portion was a little less for the price). I have been to Italy and even there they don’t use balsamic vinegar as much.

But the most disappointing was the pasta – the taste is good but the portions are very less for the $20-odd you are paying per dish. We had the gnocchi with pesto and the campigna pasta.

The dessert was the saviour – the tiramisu and the frutti di Bosco cheesecake didn’t look very good but tasted excellent.

I think they can do a lot better for the prices they are asking.
