I still like Mr. GOODCENTS ove all the other sub shop . But my concern is the East Independence Restaurant makes the Sandwiches still wrong when they dress the sandwich they are not following the correct way. My husband got me a sandwich yesterday and it was hands down one of the best I’ve had in years. My only complaint is that it’s closed on weekends, which to me is absurd. With few options in desoto, it would be nice to be able to order on weekends since a lot of us work and would rather chew off an arm than go to McDonald’s or taco bell

An interesting experience. I followed Google Maps to the address which is hidden from view and a very nice young lady told me to order from the Kiosk since I was paying with a card. I was able to navigate the kiosk but when I went to order my combo I saw that the only drink options were caffeinated drinks and I went back and tried to order only a bag of chips but was unable to do so. I placed my order and while waiting another very nice young lady asked my opinion of the Kiosk experience and I told her of my drink frustration and not being able to order only a bag of chips. She thanked me for the feedback and gave me a bag of chips and said that she was sorry. In a short time I received a very well made sandwich and enjoyed my meal.
Overall I do not like this type of a Goodcents store and will not stop in here again. They have a temperature gauge in the lobby and two hand wash options (neither worked) and I have to think that this type of location was a reaction to COVID. I do not like the Kiosk and I like a traditional Goodcents and picking my own toppings.

Made an order around 11 to be picked up at 11:30. Arrived to find about 15 people crammed in the hallway who had been waiting for overdue orders. Overwhelmed kitchen staff left most of us in suspense while we waited. I left after about 20 min without my order.

Was going to come here but read about the kiosk experience in another review. I don’t use those things. I don’t understand the point of them. As a society are we just trying to keep people from interacting with each other? Haven’t they provided numerous times that people become depressed without human interaction? Maybe that’s what big pharma wants, everyone to be on antidepressants. I mean big pharma practically has control of the government anyways. It’s too bad I like goodcents too.

They are open until 6 on Monday’s in De Soto. I stupidly ordered from the kiosk as that is more and more ways fast foods are going. It’s 5:43 pm and no one is inside and there is no sign that states they are CLOSED. Now I have spent $50 something for dinner and nothing to show for it!
This pretty much goes for De Soto unfortunately with businesses. Right now very angry that they were too lazy to put a sign up they were closed. Now I have to go to my bank and dispute the charges and why.

You took the personality out of your business no counter worker only able to order by machine if you use cash then forget about it you must use a card to pay. Never returning!
