Amazing!! Food came out quickly and was both fresh, beautiful, and DELICIOUS. Service was also quick and attentive and friendly. Very clean, cutesy decorated. Kind of small and I can imagine it gets rather busy but honestly it was so good it would be worth the wait!

The good here is so so good. Home made authentically Italian flavors. Fresh bread for their sandwiches, delicious salads, and really good Tiramisu!! My husband got the pasta Carbanara and it did not dissapoint!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Italian Twist had delicious food and excellent service! The chicken parmesan was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the carbonara with grilled chicken was creamy and rich without being too heavy. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Italian comfort food.

Walked in on a not so busy day, the man that took my order was kind and efficient.
The food was amazing! No other words. I got the “lemon cream angel” , pictured below. 10/10.

Absolutey delicious! We randomly stopped in with our newborn after an appointment and we were pleasantly surprised! The owner (assumed) was so kind and offered excellent service with a heartfelt congratulations on our little one. My husband is gluten free and was thrilled to be able to enjoy almost anything on the menu. I am a picky picky Italian eater and have to say everything from the sauce to the meatballs to the al dente noodles was PERFECTION. We don’t live anywhere near Longmont or this restaurant but we will def be making the trip out to have it again and again!! HIGHLY recommend 🙂

This place is so so so good! I live 5 minutes away so I’ve been here a few times and tried several items. My favorites are the rigatoni alla vodka and the mac and cheese! They add some kind of pepper to the mac and cheese (maybe bell pepper and/or jalapeño?) that’s not listed on the menu and dear lord it’s SOOO GOOD. Straight up magical experience. Each time I order the mac and cheese after it’s been awhile I get worried that they’ve changed the recipe because the peppers are not listed, but nope! Always there and always so good! The vodka sauce is also so divine. This place clearly specializes in sauces, so try any of the saucy pastas and you can’t go wrong!

Surprisingly really good food! Great price too, for $15 you get a huge portion of pasta with protein. For how quiet this place was when I went and tucked away in the strip mall, I didn’t expect the food to be SO good. It was really quiet in there and they almost seemed surprised they had a customer when I came, I placed a pick up order during my lunch break. Only complaint is that I wish they provided napkins and utensils for pick up, I had to ask & remind them when I came to pick it up, even though I put on my order “Please include napkins + utensils”

Very casual Italian dining located in the spot where Twisted Noodle used to be near Red Frog and TGIFridays. We ordered a side Caesar salad and it was quite good, and a large salad, chilled and served in china (versus disposable bowls). I had the lemon cream angel entree for $11.95 and I added shrimp for $3.50. It was very good and included pasta with a lemon cream sauce, capers, sliced asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and garlic. The portion size was large, and they did not skimp on ingredients. My husband had the chicken parmesan for $14.99. The portion size was large. We would estimate that the pasta was a serving and a half. The breaded chicken was good, but not great. My husband did not feel that the coding was crispy and it did not adhere to the chicken. To drink they do not have wine, or any alcohol, so we ordered to fountain drinks for $5. The refills are unlimited. With the tip and tax the total came out to $50.46. We felt this is a little high due to the fast food feel but we enjoyed our food overall.

I’ve eaten here and I’ve had take out and both are amazing every time. I always tell all my coworkers about this little spot and they always become addicted to it! Their Italian sandwich is extremely delicious and well crafted. It even comes with a drink and a little pasta salad. Their carbonara is what I always get though. Extremely well plated and gorgeous every time, great sauce to pasta ratio , not too thick and not too thin. The egg and peas always fits so well together. They’re all dance in your mouth delicious. Highly recommend. On top of the food tasting so good, it’s fast and friendly service here always.

The service and atmosphere was great, but DO NOT recommend the Lemon sauce with asparagus and artichokes. It was swimming in the juice, the asparagus was cut to big and tough. I am use to having thicker cream. The chocolate canolis were excellent as was the meatballs. If I go back I would probably get the kids mac and cheese meal my granddaughter got. It was really tasty. since I am a senior I do The portions are very good.
