Ok…food was fresh in the metal viewing bin. Employees (the Indian man) was eating and had white crumbs ALL over his face while ringing us up. He was very dismissive,
and had a nasty attitude. No eye contact, not even as much as hi. Just rude. I asked for napkins, he pointed to napkin dispenser. Sir, your going to bring your business
down with that attitude. I’m a customer in your establishment. They don’t accept coupons.

Now I don’t make the sandwiches and everything is done behind the counter. All q customer dies is pay for their food and take the wrapped food home. Issue 1 for me was I had to tell the owner to put gloves on when making my soup then I find a eyelash in my sandwich soon as I opened my wrapped sandwich up even more yuck. I wish these restaurants make a rule NO EYELASHES at work. This is nasty and I shouldn’t have to seen this‼️ This been on somebody eyes that secretes tears, bodily fluids. Like yuck. I don’t even want another sandwich I want a full refund

Service was good, but they have a bunch of signs about no coupons, etc. I stopped going there because their beverage machine routinely had something wrong with it and there were some fruit flies around it one day.

I placed an order for delivery yesterday at 10:30 a.m. not only did the delivery never show up but I am not able to get a hold of anyone at the store. I went there this morning at 8:30 in the morning and no one was there even though the sign said they’d be open at 8:00. I just drove by again on my way home from work and saw two people sitting behind the counter employees that is talking and called and was on hold for more than 5 minutes. I also called yesterday and was on hold for 20 minutes. No one ever answered. Not only was my money stolen but no one seems to care to do anything about it. I’d love to speak to the owner

When I’m up at this Subway I usually get the steak and cheese on italian toasted with extra extra extra pickles. My sub was great. I also like their chicken+cheese rollers with a side of nacho cheese! The service was also very helpful and very nice!!)

I wouldn’t recommend eating here service has went down a lot of the years. I’ve never had to explain why I need my food toasted a certain way I’ve never had to explain multiple times why I like MY food a certain way ever. Why does how I like my food affect u The food is alright but every single time I come up there the workers want to debate me on how I want my food.the workers don’t understand how to follow simple instruction. Why work at subway if u can’t follow basic instructions work at Burger King. Terrible costumer service every time I come up there theirs always another issue. On how I like my bread toasted last time I checked its SUBWAY GET IT UR WAY. they act like they’re the one eating it. How a costumer wants their food shouldn’t affect u at all it’s not like there paying for it. The manager needs to really evaluate the guile of people they hire. They have truly ruined a place I used to love making every sandwich and every interaction a debate. Like I’m the one u made them apply tbh they’re truly the worst subway I’ve ever been to.totally waste of money
