Called this location to ask about the $9.99 large any topping deal that Domino’s has going on, and was told that it was online only. Cool, no problem, but I had attempted to order online before calling in and the website said they were closed, which they weren’t. After I told the man who answered the phone that Domino’s site said that this location was closed, he snapped at me and said that they only had mediums and that they were trying to tell them (I assume the Domino’s main site) to take them offline to show that they didn’t have large pizzas and this and that. Cool, communicate that, but don’t snap at a customer for not knowing. Won’t bother with Dominos again.

I placed an online order and when the driver delivered it, he had an attitude because I could only afford a $2 tip! I am literally out of work right now due to an injury and I can’t afford anymore, then he sat in front of my house blowing his horn and driving in circles blowing his horn! So much that the neighbors all came outside looking!! WTH kind of service is that? I definitely will not be ordering ever again from Dominos!!!!

This Dominos location is AWESOME. They have never disappointed me. I’ve been coming here for carryout for years. The food is always fresh and piping hot. The staff is always friendly. The store is clean. Never once has my order been wrong. I love this place!

We tend to go this location (#4360) more frequent than the one near us due to the excellent management & staff. Today we were greeted by a new manager (she replaced Zach & he is now the manager at the one near us) & she was awesome! Very professional, friendly & outstanding customer service. This Dominos is spotless! Great pizzas and awesome staff. Tonight was super busy and I witnessed a customer get really upset and mouthy because she waited at the counter to pick up her order. She wasn’t even there 30 seconds and gave a staff member a bad attitude. Totally unacceptable. The employee kept her cool and was very polite and respectful during the encounter. I got up to the counter and the service was exceptional! Asked if there was anything else I needed and apologized for the wait. But the wait really wasn’t long and it was clearly posted on the screen. I chose to order when I arrived so I knew it wouldn’t be ready immediately, especially on a Thursday night. So anyways, Bravo again for the Dominos team.
