I wasn’t expecting much from this place but was really hungry and stopped in for lunch. I ordered a Reuben sandwich at 11:22 and didn’t receive it until 11:54 so took 30 mins for the kitchen to bring me a simple sandwich with only 4 other guests in the restaurant. That would have been fine, but the Reuben only had one slice of meat on it and that would have even been fine if the house made chips weren’t burned. I didn’t eat my meal and left hungry and the girls working didn’t check back in a timely fashion either. The girl working at the counter was apologetic and took the meal off my bill though. Like I said I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular but leaving hungry wasn’t on my agenda today.

The burgers are very tasty. However, the alcoholic drinks are pricey. They really need to work on that or create drink specials. Bartender was very nice & helpful. I definitely will be back but won’t be going all the time because of prices.

Very good smaller cafe style restaurant. I had the Pickleback burger and when it was placed in front of me I literally said “I hope this tastes as good as it smells.” Well, it was even better. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in my life. The aioli mixed with the fired pickles and a perfectly cooked burger was a slam dunk. Juicy patty with a perfect bun was delicious. Only thing I would like to see is a better local beer selection.

Cool place one that was on our ri food fight tickets, we tried the wings they were delicious, buffalo chicken quasadilla was delish among other things we ordered, we also were able to play trivia which they have Mondays, oh and they serve breakfast all day!! we will definitely be back

We were visiting the Borden house and ran across this café. MY granddaughter had a hard time chosing something but settled on the pesto melt and fried pickles. She enjoyed both. The rest of the crew had burgers. Each had them cooked to their specification and were very pleased. I had chicken salad on marble rye. Some of the best homemade potato chips I ever had. Great experience and easy to get around with my disability.

We decided to grab dinner at the Brewhouse District based on the positive reviews. However, our experience was far from positive. The restaurant is seat yourself, which is fine, but it took all of 25 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us, take our drink order, and bring us a menu. We were there on a Friday night and it was pretty busy, but there appeared to have been only two staff members juggling bussing, waiting, bartender, and greeting. We placed our food order right away, figuring there would be a wait because of how long it took for us to get menus. Good thing we did, otherwise we would probably still be there, a day later. The only positive thing I can say about this place, is the food was pretty decent. We witnessed two parties walk out after seating themselves because they too were not greeted or acknowledged for a significant period of time. It’s a shame that we had such an experience because it seems like there aren’t many places to go for pub fare/drinks in the area.

The Brewhouse District is a home-y and quaint restaurant with quality comfort food that is sure to delight your tastebuds. The staff is pleasant to talk to, with their cheerful attitudes and nature adding to the positive vibes of the place. Pictured are the Spinach and Artichoke dip, Chocolate chip cookie skillet, Pistachio martini, and the Pot roast. All pictured were delicious and I 10/10 will order again on a return trip. You can get breakfast and lunch all day at reasonable prices, too! Which, to this writer, is the bee’s knees.
