Made an order on January 28th at 2:03 pm. We’ll it was delivered & my pizza was wrong. I called and told them. I was told they would write it down as credit. Well I called to get my pizza and was told it wasn’t wrote down & tha last purchase they had from me was in November. I pulled up my cash app receipt and it was January 28th at 2:03, but I was told it was not showing up in there system. Which it’s crazy because all tha rest of my orders were. I will definitely not be ordering from them again. That was $40.52 I could have spent somewhere else

Went back inside and made a complaint, which the manager(I assume) said “that is half and half”. While waiting inside I also noticed how the employees handling food were not wearing gloves and visibly having many cross contamination violations. An employee dropped someone’s order ahead from an order ahead shelf and proceeded to return the order back in its place. Another thing I noticed was how the same manager who didn’t take action on this “half and half” pizza was wearing ear buds and touching his phone in between handling food.

I order here at least once a week and it just keeps getting worse. Crust is always dry. Hand toss is apparently thin crust now. Absolutely no sauce.

We had a fantastic experience at this location tonight! The gentleman at the front did an exceptional job, and we enjoyed our late dinner. I was craving wings, and my darling picked out the mango habanero wings, which were the best I’ve ever tasted! 100/100 for sure! I’m glad I got them this time because I heard great things about their wings, so they lived up to their expectations and tasted even better than Wingstop.

I had a delivery and they left off the sauces. I called and asked Heather if she could have them delivered and she got an attitude with me like I am the one who left them. I called back after 40 mins wondering how much longer and Heather gave me more attitude and laughed. Not sure why I expected anything different this place. I placed an order online for a pizza and a Coke. The pizza was well-cooked and arrived on time, but it wasn’t cut properly. When I got home, we had to re-cut the pizza to be able to eat it.
The bigger issue arose when the delivery lady informed me that they were out of Cokes. She offered me a couple of other drinks, but I declined since I didn’t like those options. I requested a refund, but was told that they couldn’t provide one. When I explained my situation, she mentioned that there was nothing they could do, and she returned to the store.
In the end, they kept my money without offering a solution. I would advise people in Athens not to order online, as they may experience similar issues where your money is taken without receiving your products.
