My wife and I have been regulars for the past few months. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. This Jimmy John’s location has delicious food, kind employees, and overall fantastic customer service. We highly recommend visiting.

I was the only customer there today when I went to get a sandwich from this location and Team Member “JOSIE” was extremely unpleasant. I could tell by her body language she was irritable. I ordered a simple Pepe on French with lettuce on the side. While she took my order, I politely asked if I could get the lettuce on the side and she said “yes”. I also asked if it was possible for me to get a slice of bread that was on the darker side (this establishment has major inconsistencies with their French bread). She picks up a very light piece of bread and I asked if I could please get a darker one, I pointed at the one I wanted. She grabbed it and tossed it on the table while mumbling under her breathe. As she continued to prepare the sandwich, she reached for the lettuce and began to put it on my sandwich, I politely said to her “lettuce onside please” she got super irritated, rolled her eyes and threw the lettuce back into the container. As she finished making my sandwich, she wrapped it up and walked over to another side of the store looking for something to put my side of lettuce in. She pulled a ZIPLOCK plastic bag out of a pile of containers and put my lettuce in it. YES! A ZIPLOCK BAG! How unsanitary, especially at a FOOD establishment. She handed me my order with the same irritable unpleasant body language she had the entire time. I asked for her name and informed her that I will be making a complaint. I got home to eat my sandwich & it was distasteful. I only ate a few bites. The sandwich was NOT GOOD! PAYING customers should not be treated in such manner and “JOSIE” should be held accountable for her poor customer service. I will be calling cooperate tomorrow. I will no longer support this establishment. Every time I’ve gone, they hardly have any business, I’m surprised it’s still open. The physical location is in a very tight spot, with a confusing parking lot/drive thru.

Two nights in a row. Out of town for work and Tim has treated my right both nights. Nothing freaky about how fast and fresh my sandwich was. Here for another 10 days and Tim, who took the time ask, let me know that the NEW GYRO is coming next week, and he hooked me in for sure for a couple of return visits. Tim at Jimmy’s has changed my “Jersey” plans for next week! Thanks!!

I love Jimmy John’s…used too anyway….it been a while since I got my favorite..the Billy club. I love the Billy club bc of the honey Dijon mustard! The last time I ordered it I thought someone had just messed up and put regular mustard on my sandwich. So today I made sure to say something about it and to my horror they no longer have Dijon mustard! WTH! WHO has a sandwich shop that doesn’t have Dijon mustard???? Needless to say I may never ever go back just bc of that! Ridiculous! My sandwich sucked bc there was no DIJON MUSTARD on it!

I visit this jimmy johns 10/18/25 at 8pm from a long day travel visiting a family member in hospital. As soon as I walk through the door the guy behind the counter with headphones came up to me and said “what you doing parking there “ not even a hello . I was shocked so I said excuse me? He rolled his eyes and said you can’t park there. I told him I was from out of town and was trying to see if he was open… I didn’t know about the park … so he replied in a nasty way “ Well what you want then” I just walked out.. the day was too long to go back and forth. Moral of story POOR customer service. Especially located in a hospital area where people are going through traumatic events. POOR POOR service

This was my first time visiting. I was greeted upon arrival,, which was nice. Everything was great; the service, the food and a great atmosphere. The workers seemed happy and worked well with one another. Based on this visit, I definitely will return and would recommend this location to others.

My family loves the wraps they have for summer. Very customizable and taste great. Haven’t tried their subs yet but they all look good. If you get the combo, their chips are 2oz bags which are larger than other sandwich places.
Update. New toasted sandwichs are good. Tried the new chicken bacon ranch with cheddar cheese and it was great. Would definitely get again. They now have a drive thru at this location.

The team in this location are second to none. Immediately you are greeted with enthusiasm and excitement. They work together as a well oiled machine and it definitely shows in their exchange with customers. I visit this location often and they have never disappointed in their service. If Jimmy John’s is what you desire ; there is only one location to go to in my opinion……Moye Dr. Greenville NC.
