Husband & I stopped for lunch today the weather was absolutely perfect for outside dinning. The establishment is clean and very tidy, when we entered we were greeted with a warm lively welcome. Our food was fresh made to order and came out in a timely fashion. We will definitely be back to dine but also will still grab to go when we can’t sit and eat.

OH Yeahhhh, watch out for the blue kool-aid lady, the parking lot troll and she gets to say who stays and who goes. Even if the gate is open. She will try to block you in with her car but she lacks skill, then will resort to use her horn as an audible attack and when all else fails she will stand in front of your car at the street as you try to leave while she calls the police even tho no crime was committed. We were customers earlier in the day, came back to a locked gate. The parking lot troll gave me no help, as she pulled up while i was standing there scratching my head while devising an escape plan, she gave me only a riddle ‘face north for the answer you seek, but the numbers you need lie not in the sky but in the street’ then it hit me, i solved the riddle and totally figured out the combination and opened the gate but this only angered the troll more she did not care that we’re customers of the establishment as listed on the “parking only for…” signs all over. Thats when she proceeded to run thru her bag of tricks as mentioned above, then she called us vulgar names and took pics of our license plates (not sure of her strategy for that) as we waited patiently for her to move her car and her big blue emotional self. There were 2 other vehicles tied up in this altercation that also were customers of Lil Market earlier in the day, but luckily I came to save the day and opened the gate so we all could make haste. She said she worked for the masonic lodge, which shares parking lot with Lil Market, and that her boss told her to do all these things to protect the parking lot. The signs posted all over say parking for customers of the Lodge and Lil Market only, all others will be towed or locked in (im currently looking into the legality of this as im almost certain it is illegal to restrict movement of someone’s vehicle without lawful authority, whether private property or not, as there are no times listed on the sign, and plus its just rude and uncalled for) There are no times listed on the signs which is what would be needed to express or imply consent if you plan on holding someone’s vehicle hostage on your property using a fixed barrier whether barrier is in place to restrict movement or not.
All in all a great experience cause the bagels and coffee at Lil Market were excellent. 5 stars will come again but in my troll battle gear next time.

I was looking for something quick and simple for lunch while in downtown OS, decided to stop here & am glad I did! They have a good selection of bagels, sandwiches, salads, and wraps. I opted for the spicy Italian sandwich. The girl working the counter was super sweet, and she brought my sandwich out quickly. The whole sandwich was great quality from meat and cheese (which was piled high!) to the bread and the sauce. It was delicious and a great value for the price. I will definitely be back in to try other menu items!

The best bagels I have ever had. Smoked salmon and smoked tuna dip are both delicious. We had their muffaletta for Fat Tuesday and was as good as what I have had in New Orleans. Excellent friendly staff. A must if in Ocean Springs.

This is Our Absolute FAVORITE little place! The Original Hot Italian sandwich on that Rosemary Bread is to Die for! We live in West TN. and this is definitely a must stop place when we are in Biloxi! We usually eat here a couple of times before we leave! Great people and excellent food!

This is one of our favorite places to eat in downtown OS. Whenever we have guests in town we always try to bring them by here. Their staff is always friendly and their food is always delicious and fresh! They do not have an indoor eating area but they do have a cute outside eating area! We love everything there but our top favorites are the steak egg & cheese, the smash burgers, and my personal favorite the southwest turkey. But you can’t go wrong with any of it!

Lil Market Deli & Bagelry is just a block away from our Airbnb in Ocean Springs. Was looking at some quick breakfast options and this place caught my attention. Walked to their restaurant this morning to see what it was all about. When you walk up they have a nice looking outdoor seating area. Once inside I began checking out the menu and decided on a steak, egg, and cheese bagel on a jalapeño and cheddar bagel for myself. Also got a blueberry and everything bagel seasoning bagels with cream cheese for the better half and daughter. I brought everything back to our Airbnb to eat. The girls said their bagels were good. That steak, egg, cheese, caramelized onions, and housemade breakfast sauce bagel was the best bagel I’ve ever had. Probably the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever ate. Will definitely be getting another one of these before we leave at the end of the week.

Outstanding! Too many places who say they have a Smash Burger really just have a burger…not here. Easily the best smash burger I’ve ever had; crispy around the edges, lovely spice, fresh bun and plenty of condiments. Sweet little spot in downtown OS definitely worth a stop. Outside seating and tends to be shady, was able to have our dog with us too.
