If I could rate a 0 I would, ordered food for delivery, waited 2.5 hours for it to arrive despite that app saying it would only be 1 hour. On top of that out of the 15 items ordered we only received 5 of them which were also extremely cold and poorly made. Would not recommend this specific Taco Bell if it were the last place on earth to get food and I was starving.

Due to a garbage truck blocking the drive thru, I went inside. Ordered 1 Hard shell Taco, Supreme, pintos & cheese & med drink. Nothing special, elaborate or difficult…so I thought. Was charged $13.76-which I thought was high, read my receipt and was charged $3.99 for a Med dragonfruit Refresca-I did not order. Did receive the refund, so ok. Then went and sat down, opened up Taco, and that is what is was, a regular taco-even though I was charged for the Taco Supreme…UGH! just ate it, didn’t feel like dealing with the front staff again. Get it together folks!

Came 2 hours before it was even time to close, at 1am. The same time I always do when I get off work on Wednesdays. *Every week* and get the same black bean vegetarian items by ordering ahead (like I always do) get to the drive thru and get told there’s no black beans and only 1 scoop of refried left for the replacement to stretch across multiple items.. then got told they “NEVER” have black beans at this time?? I’ve gone to the same location for the last 4 years like clock work and this is the first time this has EVER happened. I have always gotten my black bean items at this time prior to tonight. Atleast just be honest and say you weren’t prepared, not lie to a customer.

Picked up my order last night after work. Went to eat my food and the taco meat tasted burnt what very little i had and my shells were all broken. If I want a taco salad I would have ordered it this is pathetic.

I had a mobile order and went through the drive thru while we were waiting for our food the girl cashier kept looking back at us and then a guy came around the corner looking at us sticking his tounge out at us and dancing. I asked the girl is everything okay she said no I said what’s wrong with him she was smiling saying hes autistic okay no did not feel comfortable with that interaction worried something was done to our food we asked for a refund but the guy was hiding when I went back in. Will never be back there again!

Ordered 2 double stack tacos, and 2 softshell tacos, asked for no lettuce/tomato on them. Softshells were correct, doublestacks were not. Lady manning the drivethrough rushed me through my order, didn’t get half of it correct, nor said not a single thing to me the whole time at the window, didn’t look in my direction, nothing. What a shame. Poor treatment of customers.

I eat at Taco Bell roughly 2 times a week after work, and I’ve never had such a terrible experience as tonight and will not be returning. Food was burnt or completely untoasted, far less than advertised, terrible service, barely any meat, sloppily prepared, etc, and I barely ordered anything! The staff was also severely understaffed and overworked. The employees were cussing as I waited for my food and were also rude and just handed me my food without saying anything. They also closed their lobby an entire hour early, not cool. McDonalds is right next door

I don’t mind that I got cut off while ordering but when you want to make someone drive around again because your speakers don’t work properly and the manager of that store is rude is there any reason to want to eat at this location.
I understand wait times are important but I didn’t even get to finish my order. I highly doubt I’ll be visiting this store again.
