I called to order a XL New Yorker and asked if they could have it ready 5 min later than they said. It was very hard to find this pizza hut as there was no lit outside sign. I got there later than I thought because with no sign I couldn’t find it. They made it up for me telling me they’d give me a 10% discount. They charged me full price and I didn’t say anything. I got home and this was the worst pizza I ever had. There doesn’t seem to be any sauce on it. I’m attaching a picture. I will not return.

Been ordering for over 20 yrs from here and tonight was the worst! Dough tasted old and so did the olives. Usually it pretty darn good but tonight was If we order again and get the same kind of crap it will be the last!

I don’t love to eat out much anymore due to the overpriced restaurants and food chains and also being a vegan makes things pretty complicated, though you don’t have too much a choice sometimes, especially when out shopping for hours with little ones in which was my case last night as I’m Christmas shopping and my 8yo was hungry. Was Tuesday night, had wanted the bogo pizza deal they have advertised but we ordered the dinner box instead as they were out of that deal. I feel so jipped with what we got. There’s such a small portion for the almost $20 I spent, 8 small squares. Could maybe feed 2 people so I chose not to eat so that my 2 kids would have enough. Being there is no cheese on the pizza you would figure that somebody could add a little more olives but that seems to never be the case as when we ask for extra they want to charge us for an extra topping. Ridiculous to spend that kind of money and have less and there not be any kind of substitutions available for special dietary needs. At this point next time I go shopping I will pack pb&j sandwiches or whatever but I refuse to be ripped off ever again like I was this. Changes need to be made to suit everyone and special dietary needs. Until then I’ll boycott pizza hut as well as other franchises that refuse to incorporate mindful and considerate options for all in need. The cardboard box was worth more than what was inside it.

Called, and nobody answered the phone, so I ordered 2 Big New Yorker Pizzas online for our superbowl party and then received 2 large CHEESE ONLY pizza’s with NO PEPPERONI. I called to inform them, and they said, “Oh yeah we have been having glitches with their online app orders” and was like oh well ♂️… ♂️ Now watching the Superbowl and the Big New Yorker commercials are coming on every 6 minutes mocking us… never getting Pizza Hut again

Food was ok, pizza undercooked as if they were in a hurry, wing were fried well but the garlic parmesan sauce was greasy/buttery not garlic or parmesan. The service waz awful. We as customers seemed to be an inconvenience to them. It’s gone downhill for the past while.

I walked in 30 minutes before they closed on a Monday night. And let me tell you, they took care of me. Jeffrey took my order, was very kind and made an absolute banger pasta bowl for me! I asked for a weird combo and he nailed it! No negative attitude, no issues; just pleasantly said “I can do that for you” and he did! Thanks Jeffrey for the awesome service and the great meal. It’s hard to find good food late night on a Monday. But he came through like an absolute champ!

This location has recently switched from it’s own delivery drivers to using door dash. My first order after this change was made was reasonable, this order took an hour and twelve minutes to arrive due to a lack of available drivers.
