hot n ready pepperoni pizza was good. they have STUFFED crust at this location, does it get better? actually few pizza places do stuffed crust so that makes little caesars special. i was served fast esp considering a lot of ppl were coming in. tip: order ahead through doordash or their app which is even faster. they have crazy sauce $1 but this sauce looks bigger than usual sauce sizes i recommend this caesars, i would go again and would order ahead. another tip, have plates cause they don’t have some (another caesars also didn’t have some)

Awful. Ordered online. Went in late and they said they gave some of our food away so we had to wait. That wasn’t the problem. Problem is there was only one guy working on register and handing out orders. Severely understaffed and busy but his manager never stepped up to help. She just stood there rushing him. She never lifted a finger to help the rush and put everything on the only worker handling the front. I hope she starts doing her job and learns to respect her employees. Didn’t get the employees name but he handled the situation with grace and was very kind. She owes him and I’m sure everyone in the staff an apology for her ineptitude.

On Wednesday evening I went to go pick up a pizza I had order. The cashier Anthony accidentally forgot to give me my change I realize until I get to my car and came back inside the store and make the cashier aware of the situation he was polite about it and even apologize. He proceeded to give me my money but the Manager Liz said “Not to give me the money back” and started yelling and mistreating the cashier. I felt disappointed and embarrassed for the cashier for the way he was getting treated that I just left home and decided to go back the next day. Never have I seen a Manager treat her employees so disrespectful in front of customers. The next day I went to the store and spoke directly to the store manager her service was great and apologized for the inconvenience and gave me back my changed. I give Store Manager Koodos for good customer service!

I ordered online and when I got home my order was wrong and I called and the lady said I had to take the pizza back wich was no problem but when. I asked her if she can start cooking my pizza so I wouldn’t have to wait she said she couldn’t do that. I don’t see what the problem in that is. So I gotta wait another 25 min because they got my order wrong. After I waited a long time and couldn’t put the pizza to cook so I wouldn’t have to wait long. And the lady was so careless like she didn’t care. I just wanted what I paid for. So rude and horrible customer service and definetly won’t come to this location no more

This store takes forever when you order your pizza if you go around 2 or 3pm they take forever to make your order makes no difference if you call ahead of time or order in person. Still have to wait along time. I don’t get it why they have someone working on there own if they can’t with the orders I felt for the person working there.

Ordered pizza at 8:52 pm on Monday night a cheese pizza. Pizza was thrown away in trash can picked up out of the trash can and opened checked by a staff member and then was attempted to hand it to me. I refused it, I took a video I asked for a refund. Got an attitude and. I apology. Called the next day to speak to manager her name was Ana she said she’ll give me a week to come and retrieve a new pizza. And at the VERY end apologized. I then went to pick up the pizza for it to be dry old and like the cardboard it’s served out of as if they gave me the free pizza that was thrown in the trash looked just like a day old pizza not fresh cheese was stuck not melted as fresh pizza is at 8:45 pm Brought it back again at 8:52pm was told they were out of dough and out of pizza for tonight and for me to come back the next day and offered me free wings and a pepperoni pizza. I refused the pepperoni pizza came back the next day to get told I picked up the pizza why tf would I get a pepperoni pizza that me and my family don’t eat when we ordered a cheese pizza that was thrown in the trash. Customer service sucks horrible staff horrible service who throws someone pizza in the trash will be expecting a call from CORPORATE they gave me customer service for online order phone number. Will be filing a complaint with BBB as well. And upload the photo on social media.

My experience was terrible. The worker at this place was rude and she try to sell me a bad condition pizza. Pizza like that must go to waste, not to be offered to costumers. And credit card scanner doesn’t work! I waste 20 minutes, while he tried to figure out what is wrong with scanner. And finally he give it back my card and it was in the oil. it says that he does not wash their hands, either before or after contact with money or credit cards and goes straight to cook pizza. it can be concluded that the sanitation in terrible condition. extremely not advise to go to this place! And the last thing I want to note, that lady scratched her nose and then went to make a pizza.
