Meat was overcooked. Salad dressing was ranch instead of the traditional dressing. Staff was friendly. Overall not a great experience, probably won’t return.

Just meh I’ve never seen a teriyaki place run like this, the white sauce isn’t your typical sauce it’s just ranch. Also the chicken was half cold. Won’t be back that’s for sure.

Huge salad with standard dressing, teriyaki was mid with rice that was a little over cooked. With that said I’d eat it again. Also, the service was super bubbly and friendly. As a Washingtonian I have high standards. Some of the reviews are way too harsh. It’s good!

Got plenty of food for the basic chicken teriyaki. I wish there was a little less sauce. The combo and yakisoba seemed like better deals as well.

This place is a bit pricey for what you get (quality wise). I ordered the chicken and katsu combo. The Katsu was obviously pre-frozen and the meat was dry. The salad was okay, but I was disappointed when I discovered that the dressing is just Ranch – not the sweet kewpie dressing I’m use to. The chicken teriyaki itself was fine. I would only come back if I really wanted teriyaki and there were no other options.

Ordered katsu and chicken. Katsu arrived yellow looking and super dry, the chicken they use to fry is questionable and does not look like chicken texture. Teriyaki chicken is ok but again the katsu does not look freshly made at all.

the food was really disappointing. i’ve tried plenty of teriyaki places in the area (nasai on 85th in kirkland being my favorite), and this was easily the worst. the rice wasn’t cooked properly, the salad bizarrely came with ranch, the gyoza was limp and soggy, and the sauces were AWFUL. the chicken was okay, but nothing that justifies the price… especially since the actual bill didn’t even match the menu prices. i honestly don’t understand how people are enjoying this.

OMG so good! I had to write something cause they’re not the typical teriyaki establishment! Here’s my points
* Most places give a small boat size rice. But I’m Korean! I love my rice! I saw the little box and thought oh oh. And then opened it to my delight that they actually give a nice amount of rice!! The asian in me was very happy.
* I asked for extra spicy cause ya know, always weak. This place is – you ask, they give!! My spicy loving friends would loooove this place! I do!! Thanks!
* Composable main container! Wow! I could just compost it easy after I was done! It’s usually such a hassle cause of the foam or plastic containers that are bulky filling up my trash.
* Hefty to go bag. Nice reusable bag and very nice thick quality! Thanks!
* ultimately the teriyaki. so good! Actually cooked in sauces. Other places just bulk cook the chicken and the. Place sauce on top. Not this place!!
You gotta try them out!

Went in person to make the order for Chicken Teriyaki and clearly called out the spice level — mild spicy, 2/5 — they gave me this smoking red hot piece of lava that I couldn’t eat at all. When I went back, they refused to open the door since they were closing. Sorry, 2 star.

Teriyaki and Katsu are ok but the teriyaki doesn’t have the sweetness of most PNW teriyaki. Tables are sticky. Salad dressing isn’t sweet like most in PNW. Seems different to most other teriyaki places but still tastes good. Food served almost instantly. Is cheaper than most in the area.
