OH MY GOSH!!! The most flaky, perfect consistency, melt in your mouth croissant I’ve ever had! Everything looked amazing! And everyone is so friendly It’s a French pastry shop owned by two brother’s from France and they do all the baking on premises themselves! But be sure to arrive early! There were 10 people in front of me when I arrived at 7 am, they open at 7:30 and the line was wrapped around the building before they unlocked the door! They greet you with a “good morning” and use a small, lined cookie sheet and place everything you want on it from the two cases of delectable, fresh baked pastries then they box it up and take it to the counter where one of the brother’s checked me out. I only bought half of what they had to offer. It is most definitely worth the trip as it makes you feel like your in small shop in France!

Everything here was amazing! I stopped in to grab some pastries for the girls at work and just asked for a mix—every single thing was so good. The croissant with turkey, brie, and onions was my absolute favorite…such a perfect flavor combo. The customer service was wonderful too—so welcoming and friendly. I’m so glad to have something like this in town. We’ll definitely be regulars, and I can’t wait for their baking classes to start!

Wow! I can see why this French Bakery sells out in a few hours. The Almond Pear Raspberry tart was simply heaven on a plate – bite after bite perfection. The chocolate croissant was flakey and buttery and chocolate deliciousness. It was well worth waiting in line 40 minutes. Welcome back to the area – I’m so happy you came back! Just what this area didn’t have and needed! Well done! When I asked what time he got up to bake he replied “too early to tell”. Service was friendly with lots of smiles. ❤️

We went to Cerise for the first time last month and have already been back 2 more times! Last time we decided to go when they opened, arrived at 7:33 and there was a line to the door so definitely go early we drive 40 minutes from PA and it is so so worth it 🙂 10/10 would recommended to anyone!

This bakery is so good! I get chocolate croissants everywhere I go because I love them so much. I was so excited to finally get some French pastries around Youngstown! This place makes my top 5 and might even be the best! Très bien! Merci beaucoup!

Stopped by early on Friday morning and picked up a selection of things for my family to try. (Croissant, almond croissant, chocolate croissant, lemon tart, chocolate eclair, and Kouign-amann.) Also picked up a bag of their dry pasta to try!
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the nice woman who assisted me explained the items I was not familiar with. Everything we’ve tried has been phenomenal.

I feel so fortunate to have this in my neighborhood! Everything is fresh and delicious, it’s so nice to have authentic French pastries so close. I had been dying for almond croissants, and now I can have them whenever I want! The croissant sandwiches are to die for. The pasta is fantastic as well.
