I don’t know how everyone had these crazy issues here. I ordered some pizza and melts, and now the boys and I are gonna watch The U play Texas A&M. Pizza and college football. Nothing was messed up, and was actually delivered ahead of schedule. Awesome job by this crew.

I’ve been to this Pizza Hut many times, and in the past there have been occasions where the pizza wasn’t fully done or the crust wasn’t made quite right. However, I have to say that on January 2nd around 5–6 PM, our experience was great. The pizza was delivered very fast, and it was tasty and delicious—truly reminded me of old-school Pizza Hut. Shout-out to the cook for doing an awesome job! The staff also provided great customer service. Much praise to everyone who worked that evening.

Don’t know where to get started with this one. I ordered it and went to pick it up the guy was telling people to go through the drive thru instead of letting them in even door dashers. A door dasher let me in. After standing there ten minutes watching the guy complaining he asked me what I had he said they were out of soda and brownies so took that off and I left. The pizza wasn’t bad but my wife said the crust wasn’t what we ordered. The sauce was good but there wasn’t enough cheese on any of the pizzas. I definitely won’t order from there again especially not for the price of Pizza Hut.

So! I placed an order and arrived to pick up. The location isn’t the nicest or cleanest looking on the outside, but the inside was decent. Customer service was laid back, friendly and efficent. The food however, was lacking. I ordered bbq boneless wings and ended up with almost naked wings with scrapings of sauce in the container. The pizza was good, hot and flavorful but thank GOD I had some sweet baby ray’s in the fridge. Double check even your wings whem shopping here.

Placed and order online. Website said 35 minute wait time.Was called and hour after the order was to be delivered, by door dash, washer advised he was waiting on my order, would he about ten minutes more before order was ready. A hour passed after doordash call, still no order. Called store number 6 times, which i received 6 different call center customer service reps who transferred me to the store that refused to answer. Finally got ahold of the washer who had accepted my order, who was beyond rude, unhelpful and hug up on me twice. Manager stated was 2 hour wait for any who had ordered in the past 2 hours or so and refused to do anything to make issues right.

To no fault of the team. The pizza is awful and the bread sticks are not the same. I have not had Pizza Hut in 20 years and let me tell you the taste is way different. That’s the worst takeaway pizza I think I’ve ever had. The pizza had no flavour what so every. I will never eat pizza hut again. I know it’s not the teams fault because you can tell it was cooked well and they took there time to do it right. The ingredients that come from corporate are the problem you can tell. My opinion is pizza hut just needs to go bankrupt. They haven’t been valid in years and now I see why.

Last night on October 4th I placed an order on the app my pickup time was 8:38 as I got there they told me I had to wait an extra 25 minutes so I waited because they were backed up with 25 order pizza after I waited the extra 25 minutes they told me it was going to be another 20 minutes and so on I waited about 3 hours to file two complaints and nothing this morning my money was not returned or any credit return to me or the pizza as I talk to the store manager he said he couldn’t find my order I gave him my phone. Then he said he had to call his store manager figure out if I was telling the truth because he said my order was cashed out and picked up after waiting 3 hours I left home and after I told him that I had filed two reports last night and gave them all the information and my order number everything they asked for he switched up the story and said well now I have to send it to investigation so they can see the cameras and rewind the footage and I told him straight up that they’ll see that another picked it up and I was at the window three times. This place is shady they are liars and thieves

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The food was deplorable. They offered to replace it, but as I see it I spent nearly 70 dollars, I should have been right the first time.
Later in the night I got a notification from my bank saying I was charged twice for this order!
The pizza had no sauce on two of the pizzas, and the cheese on two other was burned.
I plan on calling this establishment in the morning.

I went to this location to get pizza to feed the Homeless in this cold night and I told the cashier at the drive thru window I needed plates an Napkins because I was feeding the homeless they told me about wings an fries they sat out for the homeless to get an told me I could grab those too I want to thank you guys so much you guys where a blessing and I am glad that I could be a blessing to the community too
