The staff at this location was prompt and efficient. They were courteous and very hospitable. My mom can be picky sometimes and always has questions about the ingredients in the food. The manager was kind and patient. She took her time with our family’s order.

Went around 9:37 pm. Placed an order for pick up, when I drove up to the window I was given my drinks but missing one. I let the one at the window know, she seemed like a manager. Well she got bothered, when I let her know. She had me park in front , had me wait 30 minutes. She then brought my order, I checked it and noticed I was missing a burger and fries.
I went back inside to let her know, the moment she saw me , she made a face. I told her what I was missing and she insisted it was in the bag. I gave her my receipt and told her to check the bag.
Another employee tried to ask me what I was missing but she didn’t not let him or me speak. Gave me just the burger then walked away.

The guy who took my order was so nice and he was also taking peoples orders to them but the girl who handed me mine was so rude. She seemed so angry and handed me my bag without a thank you or saying anything. Gave off such a bad energy and would be zero stars if it wasnt for that guy being so nice.

From ordering to getting my complete order, it took 18 minutes. I ended up being late for work. There was one person in line infront of me and a handful of people in the store already eating. I only decided to stop by being that I was 4 mins from my job and I had 12 mins before I went in. I had to go inside to get the rest of my order since they never came back to give it. The food was as good as expected from BK. It was the only place close by.

Want to have an argument over the phone with the manager? Give him a call to complain about your wrong order for the 2nd time and he’ll give you attitude and come up with excuses on how his employees are new and don’t know the menu.
They mess up your order from the moment you’re ordering to when you receive it. Even after showing them the wrong order they still don’t believe that they messed up. Even if they have the photo on how the order is supposed to look like. They will still forget something on it because everyday the employees are “new” according to the manager.

Had my coworker order me breakfast from here, they gave her the wrong order, didn’t provide a receipt and then refused to do anything about it. Even offered to return the food and nothing. If you do order from here make sure to get the receipt from them and double check your order when you are there. Quite unfortunate.
