I am so pleased with everything that I got this morning from this Bakery. I was looking for a bakery to grab some goods for my coworkers and they loved all of them. The workers were very nice in the owner apologized for the selection being so “limited ” but I thought it was more than enough. The pastries range from $2/3 and up. I would much rather make the drive to support a local business than somewhere close to me who doesn’t make their pastries fresh. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Walked in and received the best customer service!! The gentleman at the counter shared with me how everything is baked fresh and he even gave me a bit of a history recap on the origin of things from Italy and so forth. Did I need this yummy delicious oooo gooey sugar….

Noooo okay okay but I sure wanted it!!! I enjoyed it they have so many yummy bakery pastries to choose from!!! I went with the maple cinnamon roll with orange zest!! If you’re in town or near town and need a sweet tooth there you have it!!!!

Get here early!

The owner was friendly, offered us samples of treats to try, and even gave us a tour of his kitchen, which was immaculate. This guy is a wizard when it comes to wheat flour, butter, and sugar. Kouign Amann, a traditional pastry from Brittany, France, was crispy on the outside from the caramelized sugar and buttery pastry, but still light and fluffy on the inside. Wow!

Also, no peanuts in this facility, so we were thrilled that my son could enjoy some of these delicious treats. The raisin roll was a favorite as well.

Once you visit…you will be back! I had the pleasure of meeting the head baker on my first visit. He was very kind and eager to to help me pick out items for my coworkers. Please ask about their “crown jewel” when you order!! You can smell the butter as you start to bite it! This place is what a bakery should be! I’m looking forward to going again.

An outstanding bakery! The staff were outgoing and helpful and the baked goods were amazing! Only pastries on Sundays but Saturdays have expanded bread offerings. I will be back!

I travel to France frequently for work, so I don’t say this lightly — this baguette is absolutely incredible. Unbelievably good. The croissants are also some of the best I’ve ever had. Truly grateful to have found this place.

What an amazing place! Amazing people! Quality baked goods.
Mathew Boosali is a kind, warm, and caring person with passion for his business. This is the kind of business that cease to exist anymore. I walked in 20 minutes before closing on Sunday to pick up a few items for the first time and was impressed by the quality of the treats. Impressed by the personal touch and the care of the owner and his lovely personnel. I will be back!

Do yourself a favor and stop by!

Amazing French/European style bakery. Taste and ingredients are second to none in the tri-state area! Warm friendly caring cozy atmosphere where customers are engaged in conversation by the staff. Very popular…get there early or their best selling favorites might be sold out. I was a customer very early when the owner operated his first location in Dayton & the quality & care is still 100% there in this location. You have to try this because it’s so good you’ll be hooked for life.

Here is my review from 7 years ago & it still holds true today, “You don’t have to travel to Europe to find an awesome bakery. One of the best anywhere is right here in Dayton! Everything is made fresh daily from simple ingredients you could find on the shelf and baked to perfection. My favorite is the European coffee cake, but everything I’ve tried is delicious…and I’ve tried a lot. The owner is an awesome, down to earth, hard working, customer focused, generous, humble person who treats people like they are his next door neighbor. This is a rare combination & a huge gem for the Dayton area!….take home some bread & other treats & find out for yourself.”

Boosalis Baking is a hidden gem in Cincinnati! Their salted rye bread (available Saturdays) is phenomenal—crispy crust, rich flavor, and perfectly seasoned. You’ll want to come early before it sells out.

Their sweet pastries are just as impressive—flaky croissants, sticky buns, and pain au chocolat that are indulgent without being too sweet. Friendly service and great value make this place even better. A must-visit for any bread or pastry lover!
