Not sure why negative reviews but our experience last night was great! We sat at the bar and had great service and our food was just super good. We enjoyed the atmosphere and had a nice time. Would definitely go back when back in town for business.

When it comes to food I have higher standards than most. Most places that are cost effective are not even on the menu because I would pay for it later in gut pain. This is a franchise that I can stop at wherever I find myself and know for relative certainty that it will be a good experience. The staff members at the Logansport location are great. Ive had the pleasure of being waited on by three different waitresses always having a great overall experience. This place gets a thumbs up from me.
Food gets a 5 for quality and willingness to cater to an individuals taste.
Service of course is a 5 due to the multiple interactions I’ve had with them that were all positive.
Atmosphere also gets good reviews 5 because of cleanliness, seating options, and additional entertainment in the form of tvs with all manner of sports or arcade sports games.

I would give -0- on service but that’s not an option Service was very bad. We witnessed our server standing at a table for over 5 minutes. We needed drink refills. Looked over and she was now sitting at that table. I got up to get my own drinks and she jumped up as I got to the pop station. When food came out my burger was wrong. My husbands wings were cold. She never once checked on us to see if everything was ok.

Placed an online order for pick up at 6:30pm arrived and was not greeted for over five minutes one waitress was courteous enough to give a nasty look, I understand they were busy but an someone will be with you Pepper thank you makes a big difference. The line kept piling up and yet nobody addressed the crowd waiting it was not told that they were an hour behind. What horrible customer service. Yet still had to ask for a refund twice.

Waitress was terrible, acted like she was mad to be there. Very unfriendly. Restaurant was not busy but our food took forever and it was burnt and not correct. Watched a family come in and have to get their own menus and silverware and seat themselves. Staff was in hiding apparently. Worst experience we’ve ever had there.

Tonight….highly disappointed!!!
Large order of tots…like a regular order.
Even worse….a 6 wing order was 4 small wings, a barely half wing, and one missing!
Worse than that…ordered 20 other wings…literally got 15! And not exactly nice wings. Completely got screwed tonight.
Make it right. I need some kind of compensation.

The pickup food is always garbage. They say it’ll be ready in 15 minutes and it’s always 45 minutes. The chicken is always really dry and over cooked. Or it’s been cooked multiple times. We’ve tried eating in there and there’s only one server and it takes forever to get seated even with an empty joint.

Service is always excellent here. We tend to just get appetizers and drinks and maybe a dessert. As a couple, it’s a nice casual place to hang out.
