Bubbly and vibrant tropical themed place with great portions servings, fresh ingredients, and delicious combo options. Great first impression with quick service and very clean establishment. Definitely a place to return to.
We ordered the Protein Bowls and the Queen Dream Blend. There was no wait for a table since we happened to arrive before the rush, but once people poured in it seemed to be about a 5-10min wait per order.

I’ve been eager to try this place to see if the Açaí sorbet is as good as Costco. Omg! This place is fabulous!!! I took a good friend here after to lunch to see what was on the menu. She had never tried açaí sorbet or anything like this. We ordered the Pure palm snack bowl. Açaí with strawberries, kiwi, granola and Nutella. It was delicious and I created a monster within my friend. She is now hooked on it and I can guarantee we will be back ALOT!

The best one I’ve been to so far! So gorgeous, lots of friendly staff and decorated beautifully! We got some of our favorite, then tried the new spring time bowl. It’s definitely more of a base (one mango, one new starburst base) than an acai blend. One side tastes like straight sweet blended mangos(which is amazing but it has mangos on the top too so a little too much) and one is the new Starburst blend, which, no lie tastes like a pink starburst. Its topped with strawberries and chocolate bits and mango and shredd coconut. I beleive that was all, so it was good, but even though we love mango, was a LOT haha. But the staff was great, offering samples, answering questions and to see so many there, all doing something up front, amazing! We always go to the much smaller ones, so to see this one was amazing. They should all be this nice! My 11 yo even commented how much larger and “elegant” (her words) this one was over the others we’ve gone to. Lol.
*Bonus They even have a drive thru for pickup orders! Only! Sign said*
**Parking side note: getting out is insane, takes a good few minutes for anyone to let you out and you can’t back up out of the “driveway”. You can go through the drive thru, but if there are cars there, you’d have to wait for those as well.

I love this place! Palm Berries is 30min away, but it is well worth the drive. I wish wish we had one in Morganton. Ever one at the Hickory location are nice and helpful with your order.

Açaí bowl was very tasty. Only change I will make next time is quite a bit less Nutella and more fruit.
The berries, kiwi, and mango were all fresh and delicious. The açaí was delicious and a good portion for the price we paid. Will definitely be going back!!!!
