First discovered on airline and was sad when he left but am so so so happy to have found him and his wonderful sushi in minden. Highly recommend. The owners are wonderful and the food is always amazing and the portions are worth the price.

After spending New Year’s Eve out all night with the youth group, some good food was much needed. We decided to try I Love Sushi and it was AMAZING! We got the crunch roll, spicy California roll, California tempura roll, and chicken fried rice. Everything tasted so good! The prices were great and we got one of the rolls for free! Also when we went to pick up our food they gave us 2 containers of their miso soup on the house, which I usually don’t like miso and I ate the whole cup of their soup because it was so good. I’m so glad we have this place in Minden, and I see many meals in our future at I Love Sushi!

Food was delicious and incredibly fresh with great quality ingredients! The inside of the restaurant was very clean and cozy. The customer service was awesome! I was even offered a free cup of Miso soup to enjoy while I waited for my order! We ordered the chicken teriyaki, beef bulgogi, the crunch roll, Kentucky derby roll, the masago California roll, and the miso soup! All of it was delicious! This is my new favorite place in Minden Louisiana to get sushi and good Asian cuisine! I wish this restaurant all the success!

This place is outstanding!! Some of the best sushi I’ve ever eaten anywhere. Unique creations. Incredibly fresh. A great little cozy atmosphere. This one will be a regular treat for sure. Pack a little patience as you wait if it’s busy. It’s 100% worth it!!!

A very long wait for food, if you order a lot it may be over an hour before you get all of your food. The service isn’t too great. The cashier that took my order didn’t even say a word to me, barely made eye contact, and looked miserable. The food is very good though. It’s good sushi and the fried rice is really good and definitely worth trying. It’s a good place to eat if you are willing to wait on your food.
Updates: I went back and it has improved so much. The customer service was great and the food was amazing. The fried rice has gotten even better. We got our food in less than ten minutes. It was an overall enjoyable meal.
