This Subway in Roosevelt is always such a great experience. The food is fresh, everything is clean, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. You can tell it’s well managed and that the team takes pride in what they do.
Lynnzie runs a fantastic store. She’s kind, hardworking, and truly cares about the people who walk through the door. We’re always happy to stop in when we’re in town. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick, good meal with great service.

Every time I come here on my lunch break they are friendly and fast!
The restaurant is always clean and well stocked.
They do many things for the community like supporting families for Christmas, donation options for people in the area dealing with hardships and valentines cards for the senior citizens and so much more!

Went to the drive up; the guy taking my order would pause at least a whole minute if not longer in between asking what kind of sandwich, toasted, veggies… it took about 6 minutes just to give one sandwich order. Then at the end he says would you like anything else? I said no, then quickly said no wait; I’d like a large zero Pepsi. He told me to pull forward. As I approach the closed window I hear him say “and then she goes “oh wait I want a large zero Pepsi!” Mind you, I’m the ONLY customer. And it appears to be two male employees only. So when he opened the window I asked if I had upset him to order a drink… he said no, so then I said “well I heard what you said”. And that was the end of it. Not nice to make someone feel like they put you out over a drink.

I’m leaving a review solely because of the customer service. My family and I (5) were communicating the best we could what we wanted on our subs. Instead, the worker was extremely rude and got upset when we didn’t choose an item that was “available” at the time. He then rudely sighed snd said what was available. We ended up only ordering only one sub and didn’t order the other 4 because of the attitude we received. If you want better reviews and happy customers; hire your staff wisely. Anyone can fill a position, but not every worker will represent the company.

Walked in right as they opened as I was heading out of town to a job assignment. Staff was very kind and prompt with preparing my sandwich quickly so I could be on my way. The toppings on the sandwich was very fresh and enjoyable.
