The best , crispiest , flavorful chicken I’ve had in a long time . Their sides are pretty good as well ; Beans , Rice & Plantain are a must . The lines can get long but move fast . They offer carry out , dine in or you can pick up through the drive thru .

A perfect 10 experience! The chicken, as always, was crispy and cooked to perfection, but what truly made this visit stand out was the service. I especially want to highlight Daniel, the manager, who was attentive to every detail from the moment we walked in. His service was friendly and prompt, and he answered all our questions with a smile. It’s a pleasure to visit a place where leadership is evident in the positive atmosphere and efficiency. We will definitely be back soon!

I’m so disappointed for my first time at this location. I’ve been to the Pollo Campero in Frederick and Virginia. I actually delivered to both as well. Usually the employees there treat you like family. At this new location they did not do as such. So last night they closed at 9 p.m. well we arrived at 8:25 p.m. We ordered food to eat in the restaurant, but she, the lady at the register told me that they had to put our food in as to go because she didn’t want us to stay and eat because they were gonna close soon. They placed all the chairs on all the tables except the booths. Me and my guest felt rushed and they could not prepare the food as we ordered it, for us to relax and sit and eat inside the restaurant. Mind you that the restaurant didn’t close until 35 minutes when we arrived. Also, the food was super greasy and not handled correctly to serve. Idk if I’d go to this location again, I’d rather eat at Frederick or Virginia Pollo Campero just for the great customer service and great food. Also, the food took almost 20 minutes for them to make it and that’s very unusual. And the tables were filthy and nobody cleaned off a table for us to sit and eat either.

Great chicken! We tried both (fried and grilled chicken) enjoyed both, grilled had more seasoning, fried was juicy. The sides were great and freshly made. We wanted to see what all the hype was about and now we understand. Look forward to eating there again. The staff was nice also.

Not really bad but not great. Service is slow, took 12 minutes to receive my order. I ordered an empanada, spicy chicken sandwich and a drink. $17, kind of pricey. The empanada is small, good but the smallest empanada Ive ever had. The spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy at all. Had a hint of heat but didn’t deliver. When I bit into the sandwich it squirted out the oil and oozed out all over my pants. The chicken was cooked perfectly but it was very greasy. The fries were the worst fries Ive ever had in a fast food restaurant, soggy, season less, mushy. Definitely would not recommend this place.

I got a three piece with beans and it was delicious. The folks here are lovely and kind and the employees are always cleaning. The prices are pretty good as well. It’s a great place to pop in and just enjoy.

The cashier was very friendly and informative about the menus. The food we ordered came out pretty quickly. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the 4 piece combo (all fried). I wish we had tried the grilled Chicken too. For beverage, I got the Jamaican which was tart cherry? And hibiscus. It wasn’t overly sweet which made me really like it. The food was really good. I enjoyed sitting in the restaurant to eat as it was clean and spacious. I’m only knocking down a star for the fries as they were a bit cold.
I would recommend this place and next time try grilled chicken, an empanadas, and nuggets.

First time eating here and they were out of several items, so I took away 1 star for food. Ended up getting chicken sandwich and coleslaw. I love that the coleslaw isn’t too sweet. The sandwich was the most fresh and flavorful I’ve had in years. It was so good that it literally didn’t need sauce of any kind, but I added Cholula and ended up with a mildly spicy treat exploding with flavor and juices!! Horchata on the side? **chef’s kiss** 9/10 will be back…. SOON!
