The food tasted really good, but 2 of our 3 orders were wrong. My daughter’s and I all ordered a meal, side, condiment, and drinks. I asked for no tomatoes or onions, and one of my daughters asked for no onions or tomato. I got what seemed to be an extra order of tomatoes on my burger (more tomato than meat). My daughter got onions on her burger and no pickles. I asked for a side of BBQ sauce and received ketchup… we found all this after driving back home with our food. After removing the unwanted items from our burgers, they did taste really good, and the fries were awesome. The burger paddy’s seemed very thin and not as much burger as I’d like on a smash burger, especially for the price we paid. Overall, we will give them another chance, but we hope they pay more attention to detail and get the orders correct next time.

I ordered 3 smash burgers and a large fry for my family to share. Based on their website prices, it should’ve been roughly $38. When I got there, it rang up to almost $45! The fries were awful, but we all choked it down because it costed so much. We won’t be returning.

I’ve had better burgers at a truck stop. The smash burger is small for the price. A thin patty, cheese, small amount of sauce, and two onions. The frys were not that great. The burger was very bland. For “home style” cooking it’s not very good. Save your money. Go to the Eagle Creek Saloon instead.

Food is amazing and worth the 5 stars alone!! Add in the best customer service I have ever experienced, we ordered smoked Mac ‘n’ cheese unknowing that it is made with bacon…. Delicious for me but my wife’s body doesn’t do well with pork. They wanted to make it right when it wasn’t even their fault coming out to my wife and I more than once to try and do something to ensure we were taken care of. The kindness they share and love for what they do along with their delicious food will make them a regular stop for us. Thank you guys again absolutely amazing

This place is awful. They are constantly closing for random reasons so when you want to go there and there hours are listed they are closed. Although I don’t know why you would want to go there. The burgers are burnt and just not good. The max and cheese is alright, a little too Smokey but it’s fine. The owner doesn’t seem to understand that having a business means staying open when your hours are listed.

Been driving by this food truck for a while and it’s always been closed or had zero customers, I could be missing their busy times, but compared to the other food trucks around the area, the others have had a lot more traffic at the same times I have noticed Kristy’s lack of traffic. This could just be a location issue, since the other trucks are highly visible from the highway.
With that said, I decided to stop by and give them a try. The food wasn’t bad. My kids got the chicken nuggets kids meal and the kids hamburger meal. Both their meals looked good and they enjoyed what they got, although they were out of juice boxes and toys. Not a big deal IMO and the kids weren’t upset, plus the gal did her best to offer alternatives.
I got the totchos but I am pretty sure what I got, versus what the menu described wasn’t the same. It was ok, but it didn’t look great. It was literally just some tots drowning in what I think was a chile cheese sauce.
The gal that was working was friendly and personable, and, as I already mentioned, did her best to make up for the missing items, so that added some points.
Prices seem a bit high, for the non-kid menu items, which could explain some of the lack of interest, but I have not tried the burgers, so who knows, it could be worth it.
Hopefully, this summer, they get a lot more business, with the better weather.
We may come back again and try some other items and see if they should have a bump up in our rating opinion.

The food is great well made and flavorful, i ordered the chicken burger with special sauce and it is to die for, the staff is incredibly cool and nice and the food cart is all around a good experience, 4/5 would recommend.
