Scheduled my pick up for 615pm to accommodate a get together at my house for the game. Showed up to pick it up at 6:14p. Was told it wouldn’t be finished for 15min. What’s the point of scheduling a head of time if they forget part of your order anyway. Disappointed and I have people arriving as I sit here waiting. When I asked how that happens, the drive through lady said dismissively said “I don’t know, you can talk to him” pointing at what I would assume was a manager walking from the window. There are plenty of great pizza places in Marysville, do better.

I’ve never had an issue with Donatos but this is how my pizza looked like when I opened the box. Still edible but disappointed in this. They are still one of the best pizzas around.

Went to get donatos for the second or third time in Marysville, horrible experience. Happened the last time we ordered too just not as bad. Waited over an hour for our food, and our remade food. Only for them to mess it up a second time. Service was terrible. Manager Dante was rude, clerks at the windows were rude. I don’t know how much worse of a pizza place you could go to. Phone lines disconnected to avoid incoming calls, drive through was wrapped around the building.

Ordered take out decided to give one of favorites one last chance and they did not deliver. What happened to this place the pizza is so average at best bit the price says otherwise I’d honestly rather have hunts bro has station pizza. Sorry, but I’m done with this place.

Order a chicken mariachi beef, no peppers peppers on the side. Went to the window to pick up pizza no peppers on it. Waited to get the second pizza with no jalapeños. Pizza is still taste like the jalapeños were cooked on it. Plus, it was cold.

Wouldn’t recommend for dine-in. All the tables were dirty, no one at the front of the store to greet you or even take your order when you are ready. Felt like they would prefer you just carry out. The food was brought to us in boxes. Employees were more concerned about gossiping in the kitchen, than customer service. Saw 4-5 people come in to pickup their orders and they had to wait at the front counter for someone to walk by.

Just wanted to give the GM, Justin a shoutout. Put in a scheduled order earlier in the day for 4:45pm. Got a few pizzas for my youth soccer team’s last practice. Order ended up not being ready by 4:45. Justin made it right, and even threw in some cookies for the team too. Pizzas were still ready just a couple minutes later. This location has never done me wrong.

I ordered here last week, I got my pizza quick it was hot and so were the breadsticks they even provided me with parmesean cheese by request. I kind of forget this place is here because it’s off the main drag, but it didn’t disappoint and I will be visiting again! 🙂
