Last night I stopped in to pick up some chicken nuggets. There initially was an issue with my order however, the General Manager, Ms. Marie, took the steps to make sure that my experience did not end on a bad note. She kept me updated on the situation and assured me it was being handled. I love how much time she took to help make my experience positive. Her Assitant Manager, Kayla was also very understanding and supportive. They have a wonderful management team at this location who aims to please. Thank you for the experience!

I stopped in to this Kentucky fried chicken, I had never been here before. All I needed was a chicken wing and a biscuit. The staff made me a fresh crunchy chicken wing. It was awesome. Everyone was friendly and great to deal with. Won’t hesitate to come back for some more fried chicken 🙂

I ordered my food here i was hoping to enjoy my lunch with my family since we wanted to try KFC again. But to my surprise when I got home I didn’t my potpie that I ordered and the famous bowl I ordered the chicken in it is not fully cook. I hope the establishment manager should watch their workers to insure that the food is to NCDA&CS standards cause it might cause serious death by food poisoning.

I went through the drive through today after work and ordered a 10 piece extra crispy dark meat . After waiting 20 minutes I was told I could only get white meat breast that I didn’t want but if I waited 20 more minutes I can have my order. I was told they had extra white meat from the day before but I don’t like white meat so disappointing.

Place is going down hill. 4 peoples orders were messed up. The original recipe chicken doesnt taste the same as it once did. Too expensive for what you actually get. Last year we ordered a bucket of original recipe with several sides. When we got home I was shocked…all the pieces of chicken in the bucket came out in one huge mass. They appeared to be fried all together and couldn’t be separated into single pieces, it was a very greasy mess!!

Eeeeeewwwh! We were in a rush tonight and decided to grab some chicken on the way home. We usually go to Bojangles, but someone in the family made the mistake of suggesting KFC since we haven’t had it in a long time. The coating wasn’t even cooked on the chicken. I understand it’s Covid times and y’all are struggling for help, but you have a lot of nerve charging $35 for this mess. At least have one expeditor that oversees what is cooked and goes out to the customer. That’s one sorry bucket of chicken. Colonel Sanders would be rolling over. Next time my money will go to Bojangles.
