We ordered a large cheese stuffed pizza with muchrooms and olives, along with an 8 piece wings and an order of bread sticks around 10 pm last night for delivery. We got the wings and the bread sticks just fine the pizza however was not fine… We received our order at 10:45? I believe nothing wrong with that I’m sure they got a bunch of quick last minute orders, so I understood that especially being someone who has worked at a pizza hut/ dominos in the past. But the pizza we received was so underdone, it was basically flat out raw, when we touched it, it was a sticky squishy, felt almost like there was a plastic film over it. They were generous with the topings however that didn’t make up for the pizza having been so raw it was in edible. This is very unacceptable and I demand a refund

Came in to place an order to go. You lady at the counter was very nice and helpful in helping me decide which pizza to order to get what toppings I wanted. She was great. The pizza was ready in 15 minutes and I was on my way. Nice location and I had great experience. My pizza was awesome.

Ordering out is fairly rare for me, but I’ve never been unhappy with my order from this location. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and some boneless wings last week. It was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever gotten delivered. Whoever prepared that food did above and beyond and it really showed. Always had a great experience when I’ve had to work with the staff too. One time my order was brought back to the store by mistake and the staff was very kind and gave me a discount when I came in to the store to pick it up instead. I see so many tough reviews, but this pizza hut has been a standby for me for years, and I’ve always been very pleased with it. So kudos to all of you folks!

We came to town on Friday 6/30/23 to help our daughter move. I love Pizza Hut and the one in our town in VA closed. We were very pleased with our visit for carry out. We ordered in the restaurant and waited for our order. Elizabeth was a delight, joyful and EXCELLENT at her job !!! This world needs more “Elizabeth’s”. The pizza and service was excellent!!!

That was the best $13.00 large pepperoni stuffed crust pizza I have ever had. The pepperoni were well done an delicious slightly over cooked but Delicious.
15:minute wait am out of there they made it while I waited. I ordered on line from dominos an went during super bowl Halftime to pick it up.
Dominos did not have my order. So after they spent 10 minutes deciding they did n’t have the order and didn’t even offer to put an order in . I said don’t worry about it an left a went straight to Pizza Hut drive through 1/4 mile down the street. I ask do you by chance have a pizza any kind ready to. The 49’s fan offered we make it in about 10;minutes, I said go for it. I am glad I went back to go to for PIzza. Pizza Hut is always my go to. But their on line was not working. Thank You Madge

I ordered $90 worth of food for my family we just moved to a new place and that seemed like a good option. We waited 2 hours and 20 mins to get the pizza and it came through door dash even though I ordered through pizza hut. I do not trust the door dash process because of bad experiences I’ve had in the past with DD but my pizza was delivered cold not warm at all and the door dash driver was just rude and told us to contact pizza hut. Cold pizza and wings aren’t appealing its still sitting on my kitchen table. We didn’t have a microwave yet to heat anything up so that just made things worse.

I came by here about 3 days ago. I was happy with my pizza and bread sticks, but not my wings. My wings were oddly shaped, no sauce and overall they tasted poorly. The customer service was not great, the people working the front counter had no idea what they were doing. I understand completely how food service is right now, being completely understaffed and rushed, but they could have been better with their communication. I will be returning in the future hoping to gain a better experience.

The staff is great and so is the food. My only issue is that delivery drivers are parking in the drive thru and there are no lights. This evening there were 3 of us lined up behind staff cars. This led to cold pizza for my family.
I do not understand why a 30 second walk to an actual parking space is such a hardship for young healthy folks.
The young lady working drive thru was very nice. It was clear she was uncomfortable with my concerns. You guys are great, but this is just inappropriate.

I had truly the best experience ever at my local pizza hut in sylva nc. The customer service was top notch. Excellent service. An employee really went the extra mile to try and recreate the “hut seasoning ” that pizza hut used to offer. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly. Really great all round experience. Complete turn around from experiences 6 months ago.
