The pizza is decent when they actually have some. It’s advertised as a Hot and Ready location but apparently they don’t do that here. It’s been several years since we’ve been able to pick up a pizza that’s ready. I’ve also been told that they have nothing ready when I can see multiple boxes in the warmers. Of course that could be for orders but why advertise as a Hot and Ready location when you’re obviously not? Why did y’all stop making pizzas? We’ve also been completely ignored in both the drive thru and the lobby when the employees didn’t feel like working that day. They just never came to help us and stayed in the back. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to and it’s not just an occasional thing, it’s an every time thing lately over the past few years. They just don’t care. I sure miss the Stillwater and Owasso locations! They were great and always had hot pizza ready to go.

Went here 3 different times in 1 month and they got my order wrong 3 different times.
I ordered online and came in to pick up my order but it was not ready. I waited up front for someone to see me and there was one employee that saw me, looked away and ignored me completely. I called out for assistance since I already bought my pizza but still I waited another few minutes. I waited and then they barely just took out my pizza. This was the 3rd bad experience. I’m never coming back to this location. It sad because I’m super graceful guy but this was just irritating.

Went to the drive thru and the guy never greeted me, just stared at me like a zombie. Then I ask for a specific pizza, and it seemed like the cashier put the pizza he wanted so I would bring it back. My order was completely wrong. And I didn’t get my refund back on my card. Worst location ever. They stole my money and never refunded me back. This location sucks.

Ordered a Pretzel Pizza no salt. When I received it there was a massive amount of salt all around the crust and on the pizza. I was understanding because they were super busy. I thought they were making me a new one so didn’t check it until I got home. Reason for this review is because instead of making me a new one they brushed off all the salt from the crust, added more butter and gave it back to me. There is still a bunch of salt on the pizza. I can’t have that much salt. Busy or not I was polite and willing to wait for a new one and should have gotten one.

Advertises hot and ready. Never has anything ready. Last time had to wait 20 minutes. Today was told 45 minutes. People dont come here great pizza. They come here for fast pizza which apparently you can’t get.

Ordered Large veggie and large pepperoni and neither one came with any red tomato sauce. Other than that the pizzas tasted okay but it was missing the sauce.

Carla is amazing! We come thru on Monday nights since it’s a busy evening for us. She always makes sure the pizza is fresh! I had an issue once, and she has made sure it hasn’t happened again! She’s a great GM! Always friendly and serves me with a smile 😉
