Absolutely Disgusting experience !!!! I found a worm in my takeout food while eating. Completely unacceptable and very unsanitary. I had already eaten some before noticing and it made me feel sick. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Pho Binh Minh restaurant is an excellent place to stop by for Casual St., Vietnamese food. The court is very simple, but the food is very good and the service is just as good. They have give me subs, vermicelli, and many other dishes. I highly recommend.

Fast friendly service! Came for lunch and ordered a bowl of Pho. It arrived very quickly and the staff were very accommodating. The Pho was good, not great. I found the broth less flavorful than other places I’ve tried. That being said it was still REALLY good and I polished off the bowl. Will definitely return!

Where to start? The service was friendly. The food was good. We never received our drinks. I never received my food because they forgot about me so I left hungry. We wanted to try somewhere new. We did. Overall it was extremely disappointing and we will definitely not be returning.

Very unprofessional. I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and this morning I decided to order through Ubereats. The app shows they are open until 9pm but the storefront was not available at the time I tried to order, that’s fine no big deal. So I placed the order for delivery at a later, order went through, 45 mins later it wasn’t not even accepted. I worked in a restaurant as well and I know how the app works. I just need a confirmation, if you don’t want to do it, go ahead and cancel so I can order from the other place. I guess I’m nobody so we will just take our business somewhere else. It sounded like a tiny thing but it just ruined my morning.

Clean and well lit not so crowded so wait time is less than others. Food price is a bit higher but regarding favours and portions really worth it. Highly recommended

Awesome restaurant. My go to in Winnipeg. Great staff and sharable size portions. Place is very clean and respectful and professional staff. Quiet and peaceful environment to have a meal alone or with friends and family.
