I had told myself that I would not be going back to this McDonald’s again because the previous visit everything was dirty, the tables weren’t cleaned, and the counter help were too busy taking to attend to customers. However, I visited today on my way home and things have improved. The new, sleek look is a definite improvement and even the bathrooms are nice. The food is good and the service today was excellent. There were employees cleaning off tables as soon as customers left. After everything they’ve done to revamp this place, I’d recommend this location without a problem.

10 : 42 pm and I’m told they were closed. Very inconvenient after walking six blocks to get here on time. To mention whoever the lady with the ponytail is, was not at all polite about it. Just not cool, there’s ways to go about things. Like maybe staying open to corresponding time.

Took more than 30 minutes to get a curbside order and I had to go up to the window and get it myself. The doors are locked and only 2-3 people working. Service it horrible and workers are rude. They weren’t wearing masks or gloves while in the kitchen area. Missing items from order and burger was raw.

This McDonald’s location is generally clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. The food is fresh and served at a good temperature, which is always a plus. However, the wait times can be a bit long, especially during busy hours. It would be great if they could speed up the service a little. Overall, a solid spot for a quick meal, just be prepared to wait sometimes. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

On Miller and 97th Avenue they are always very polite and professional and I’ve never had a problem with any of the food.

The Big Mac was lacking in its special sauce, the coke was not very flavorful and mostly tasted like watered down coke, and the fries were fresh which was the redeeming quality, I only give this McDonalds a 4 stars for its service and atmosphere

I have come back to this location, a few more times to secretly try and see if this place has become better and it has indeed become a lot better today. I got the best burger I’ve ever gotten out of this restaurant and that manager was here and even though she wasn’t smiling, cause she was busy doing her job. They still did a great job and ensuring my order came through and got it to me rather quickly, the staff has been doing an excellent job. This restaurant is making a turnaround. I recommend to come and try them out!!!!!

I had an issue with an order here and the manager literally screamed at me to get out. The thing that I found confusing was I was not screaming and when I was telling her my issues midway through me explaining, she said, “Well, if you don’t have any issues, then get the hell out!” It’s safe to say I will never be going to this location again. So unprofessional and they always get the orders wrong.
