We ordered about $80 worth of food tonight. I can tell that the cook, I believe his name is Adam, put his all into it! All of the pastas we ordered were not dried, they were very moist and not sticky. Also, on this cinnamon sticks, They were so soft and buttery, not crunchy on the ends where my husband was able to eat them better! Myself included! I could definitely tell a difference in the way that this young man put all of his effort into his work! Keep it going and the business will keep coming! Thank you Adam and team!

Put in an order and left right away. We live 10mins away. The pizza was cold and tasted like leftovers.. the cheese was burnt but it was cold like it’s reheated. Also we received thin crusts instead of handtossed, and paid extra for cheesesticks but got bread sticks. We were on hold with the store for about 30mins for the girl to tell us to call corporate for a $2 refund. It’s New Year’s so we’re not trying to drive all the way back and wait for another order. Its been a year since we’ve had pizza hut and it tastes nothing the same anymore.. Like the entire ingredients are different and less flavorful. Just all around disappointing. No more PH at all for us

I ordered delivery and they gave me a burnt pizza. It was basically inedible because of how burnt the cheese was. I also asked for extra cheese which I assume those weird un burnt circles are. When I tried to call to complain they left me on hold for a very long time. I will never order from here again.

I waited over an hour and a half for a pizza to make it less than 3 miles. I got a call 10 minutes before it arrived saying, “your pizza has just been picked up.” It was cold and unappealing. Avoid this place at all costs

so sad. I was starving and what I received was such a disappointent. ordered the big nyorker and honestly, sincerely it was much worse than any frozen pizza I have ever had. it felt malicious. I feel cheated. not nice. for sure the pizza was made hours before and kept in the warmer. lesson learned.

Highly recommend: Picked up an online order for pizzas that I was taking back to share with the office coworkers. Big hit with fresh pizzas and great service! It’s been a few weeks and they are still talking about the pizza. Thank you for being so good at delicious pizza and kind, fast service. I’ll definitely be back to treat them again!

Not a fan of leaving reviews but had a great experience and, welp, here I am. Someone needs to acknowledged for excellence! Adam, the cook, was super helpful and positive. Reminds me of what customer service used to be. The finish on my pies were outstanding. Even cheese, sauce and toppings.

For some reason the store doesn’t have $70 change at 8 o’clock on Saturday night. Or at least that’s what the manager told me to my face when she refused to take my 100 dollar bill. I guess one of the management thought this would be a good policy. And the 3 pizzas I got looked like the new guy made them. I’ll add pictures. I hope they get some new people in this store soon. Until then we’ll get your pizzas somewhere else. What kind of Big Franchise doesn’t take a 100 bill? One with bad policies. I hope the store owner figures out the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of the staff before it’s too late!
