Very nice place. Not much seating, but they don’t seem to get a lot of traffic so I’m not sure if they have wait times. The staff is very friendly, and will help you with options if you have dietary restrictions. The food is cooked very well, and has some unique flavor options. The taste may not be what you expect, but the food is all cooked well. It’s worth a try for anyone who likes this cuisine.

Stopped at Hello Thai and immediately realized we had made a very serious food commitment.
Between the noodles, hibachi-style chicken, fried rice, sushi, egg rolls, soup, and sauces everywhere—this table looked like it was training for a marathon. Everything showed up hot, fresh, and in portions that quietly said, “You will not be hungry again today.”
The noodles were saucy and comforting, the chicken was cooked just right, the fried rice was doing exactly what fried rice should do, and the egg rolls were crispy little joy sticks.
Final verdict:
Hello Thai understood the assignment. Come hungry. Cancel your dinner plans. Possibly loosen your waistband.
10/10 would absolutely eat my way through this menu again. ️

Excellent service and very helpful in understanding menu and how to order. The mango and sweet potato rolls where excellent tasting and the lo mein beef noodle with mixed vegetable very tender and filling. I would say enough for two, reasonable prices spent $31 plus$5 tip in jar appreciate the help navigating something new to eat for dinner. Restaurant was very cIean and aesthetically pleasing, I think I will dine in next time. Opens at 4:30 in evening. I like that the elders are part of staff dress very elegant in traditional style Thia fashion. AAA rated restaurant very clean comfortable chairs a plus for Dayton Ohio.

Our family enjoyed the lovely atmosphere and delicious meals! We highly recommend the miso soup, cheese rangoons, chicken egg rolls, curry, chicken fried rice, and Ohio Roll! The sushi was so fresh! The roll has a sweet and crunchy taste– very delicious!
The chicken fried rice is very delicious and true to authentic Thai recipes.

This place really is so frickin good! Everytime the food is delicious. I got coconut custard (first time) do they cheap out & give it to you in plastic which would have been fine. No they gave me actual little ceramic dishes. The lava roll sushi is delicious. (What I usually order) This time it was spicy scallops sushi, so good! Pineapple fried rice (personal fave). Waitresses are always super sweet & polite! Highly recommended!

My family has truly loved your food and regularly chosen Hello Thai as one of our go-to restaurants. However, for the second time, we found pieces of chicken in a dish that was specifically ordered as vegan. I’ve included photos to help illustrate what we found most recently.
We first reached out via Facebook Messenger a couple weeks ago, but unfortunately haven’t received a response. I’ve tried emailing and received no response. I was hoping to address this directly before turning to public platforms, but I’m not sure what else to do.
I understand things can get busy, but after this second incident, and no responses, I felt it was important to provide feedback.
We have always appreciated the care that seemed to go into your dishes and the fact that you offered vegan options we could trust. But after this repeated mistake, that trust is broken, and it’s incredibly disheartening.
I hope you’ll take this seriously and look into what might be going wrong in your kitchen process. Mistakes happen, but when it comes to dietary needs, whether for ethical, religious, or health reasons, accuracy and communication are vital.

Quick, friendly service. Went for late lunch. Maybe 3 other tables there in the 40ish minutes I was there.
Got a thai coffee. Absolutely delicious.
Then pot stickers. Came out in 5minutes. Yummy filling and sauce. Nice crispy wonton.
Entree was pad thai with shrimp. Medium spicy, good balance of sweet and salty. Added shrimp to mine. Everything less then $30. Wish had one closer to home.

I came here with my family for Dinner. I got Red curry, Basil Fried Rice pork, Yakisoba, fried chicken wings and Sushi. Everything was amazing.The owner and server were very nice. My daughter loves fried chicken wings. I can’t wait to come back, I love sushi OMG so good. I highly recommend it.

Stopped in for lunch while we were out running errands. It was a cold a rainy day but the restaurant was warm and inviting. We were shown to a table quickly. The store is clean, spotless and smells great. Huge variety of sushi, Thai and other foods. We settled on Chicken Pad Thai and spring rolls. Boring. I know but we love that dish. The rolls arrived first and were hot a delicious. The sauce could have used a little more spicy kick but we did order the noodles low spice. We will order more spice next time. Nice vinegar flavor to the sauce. The noodles arrived hot and smelled great. They were cooked perfectly. Big pieces chicken full of flavor. Really good. We had the lunch portion and still brought some home. The staff checked in on us three times. Great service. Another plus is the prices. Our drinks were only $2. Overall this is a great restaurant. I highly recommend trying this one.
