This afternoon I was at the drive through I ordered an iced coffee with one cream and two sugars I was handed a cup of cream my coffee was white and I asked them if they could remake the coffee with less cream because it looked like there was too much cream, the man at the window then put a drop of coffee in the iced coffee and that didn’t change much. I took a sip of it and it tasted like I was drinking creamer so I decided I would just go fix it myself and I had to pay another $2.65 for a black coffee on top of the $4.09 I spent on my iced coffee so I spent over six dollars on coffee from Tim Hortons thank you so much. I am not one to complain much but when I’m deciding I’m not gonna make coffee at home I’m gonna go treat myself and buy a coffee. I would like it made right and if it’s not, I would like a mistake fixed And not looked at like I have three heads.

Stopped here today on the w ay to the mall with my daughter. Went inside to get a few things. 1 girl at the window and 1 standing next to her and one more. So 3 girl. I stood at the counter and waited they were talking to each other. I figured they’d finish want they were saying and then come help me. No. No hello. No I’ll be right with you. They looked right at me multiple times and kept talking. I looked behind me I was genuinely confused. The one girl waited on someone in the drive thru , looked at me again and ignored me. I turned and left I won’t be going back there ever again.

Went through the drive-thru today to get my daughter 3 chocolate Timbits. As I drove up to pay, I could clearly hear the employees mocking my order and making fun of it. It’s not about whether they thought it was “weird” — it’s the fact that they felt it was appropriate to make fun of a customer at all. The order was for my 3-year-old, so of course I’m not going to buy a 10 pack of tim bits she won’t finish.
I called to speak with the manager, hoping the issue would be addressed professionally, but she was dismissive and even a bit rude herself. She tried to say they must not have heard the order, but as someone who has worked at Tim Hortons before, I know the order appears on the screen.
Really disappointing experience, both with the staff and management.

Horrible service. Ask the girl for an everything bagel she just goes no….do you have plain….no wouldn’t offer what else until I asked. Rude guy as well that gave me my coffee, here you go just rude and nasty. Never go here again. Should be Customer service with a smile for the price you pay

Every single day. On my way home I stop at this Tim Hortons. Everyday I order same iced coffee. I can not no matter the combo double double,double single,single single,no sugar 1 cream,whatever. I can’t seem to get a cold iced coffee without also getting a large cup of creamer. Everyday. I tried. The drive up window slams shut before can say a word. Not that I would I’m sure they know me as this person at this time everyday gets this and just don’t care. Can’t you just mix coffee with ice to make this. Not a bunch of creamer so much you can’t tell it’s coffee. So much sugar. Add the one cream and one sugar after it’s cold. I’ll wait the extra minute. I won’t say anything in the moment because who knows what they will do to it. They know what there doing. This is not caring at all. Too bad.good location or I would never come here again. Do better

It’s sad when you go somewhere to buy a coffee and they intentionally make it wrong. Stop working on drive through just to get your coffee for you and deliver it to you when they’re not even working in that section and then laugh when you know they made it wrong and asked for sugar because they put none in it. When it was a 4 and 4, there are other people there that are super nice that do their job. I have spoke with the owner. About these 2 particular girls before nothing has changed.
And I am not the only one that is having issues with them. Sad that people nowadays do not value their job. If you’re not good with customer service, you should not work in that field. And I hate that it came to this, because there really are nice people there that deserve their job, but unfortunately the owner doesn’t know what’s going on.

This review is specifically for this location. They would not serve me ‘food’ at 7:47 and told me they were cleaning up … because they had to LEAVE at 8:00. At the window I asked if that was the manager from the days directions to the evening shift or was that something they were doing on their own. The night manager told me I was being rude and all I could get was a donut.
I was just at the Angola location and they were very nice around 7:50 and sold me soup and a tuna sandwich. I asked what their policy was for how late they served before they closed and they always serve food up to closing.. whatever they have to sell.
I hope this message gets to whoever owns the franchise in Lakeview to see how these kids act in the evening
