Schlotzsky’s is truly underrated. I usually have their pizzas and flatbreads. This time I decided to try the sandwich on a jalapeño bun. Wow. This may very well be my new favorite. The staff and management at this particular location is outstanding. They are super friendly and they keep the restaurant spic and span clean. Funny name. Great sandwich.

No ice for drinks. Ice machine not working at 1:30PM on Saturday when we visited, but Bags of ice available next door at CVS and across the street at Tom Thumb grocery. In need of contingency plan.

I’m positive your order will be incorrect, everytime. No apples in my apple salad. Plus, no one in the store knew what kind of nuts are in the salad. Nuts… the highest allergen in the world and they don’t know which they are, not even the general manager. I give up on this location.

Attempted to order 1 cinnamon roll and 1 medium Coke today. Just short of $9.00. Rang the bell for service and received a response from what appeared to be the manager like I was bothering him. He rang up the order an disappeared for over a minute. Walked out without finishing the purchase. Disappointed I didn’t get to have my favorite cinnamon roll. Won’t be back to this location due to the horrible service.

We placed a very large order for delivery. Our dasher Luis delivered the order to a completely incorrect address and would not answer any of our calls or texts. I’m sure the dasher saw the opportunity to steal $200 worth of food. We contacted door dash and they had the order remade. The store manager did an amazing job helping to rectify the situation as that was no fault of his own at all, remaking our order. Amazing customer service provided by the store manager and kudos to the team for fulfilling our order so fast.
