Ordered online. That was the first mistake as the restaurant was not clean. Went in to pick up due to app stating it was ready and name showed on the ready board. It was not even in oven yet. Once it did come out it had wrong toppings and crust wasn’t “detroit” like. Won’t go back.

Ordered a big order of wings for a corporate event in advance. Went to the store for an 11:15am pick up and the doors were locked. Called 6 times and was told by a call center to knock on the door as if I hadn’t thought of that already. Sat in the parking lot until 11:30am and no one ever came to unlock the door. There were clearly people in the store, lights were on and employee cars in the parking lot. No one could help me! This is unacceptable. All the call center told me to do was choose another store. Even when I asked for a manager, I was told by the call center there wasn’t a manager available. I am beyond upset and will never use Little Ceasars for business ordering. Unreliable!!!!

Almost every time I order delivery from this location, they find a way to forget either the crazy sauce or the stuffed crust. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to drive there and pick up the rest of my order myself. Service inside and the food itself are good, but the delivery needs some big improvements.
