TL;DR – Eat here immediately and support a great local business.
This is one of those gems you hope to find while traveling, whether for work or otherwise.
Intrigued by the perfect 5 star rating over several dozen reviews, I had to stop in and try this place.
After chatting about potential options with the wonderful staff, I settled on a Chopped Cheese combo, with the fries upgraded to sweet potato fries.
Everything tasted fantastic and I hope I get a chance to stop in again. You’ll be hard-pressed to find better value anywhere when it comes to quality versus what you’re paying. The food was made fresh to order and with quality ingredients.
This is the type of place I’d try everything on the menu if I was a local. Based on the foot traffic we saw while waiting a short time for our food, it looks like I’m not alone in that opinion.
Be aware that it’s takeout only as there’s not much room inside. Don’t let that dissuade you from stopping in. You can order online in advance if you’re short on time too.

First time ordering decide to try two 20 piece chicken wing orders, pit grilled, Loganberry BBQ and hot honey mustard. Sauces were sweet for the loganberry and strong for the honey mustard. The wings had a crispy fried texture but a grilled kick from being on the pit. They were pretty tasty Wings and we are definitely open to try new flavors. I really want to try their burgers because that was one of the former owners from stack Burger! Yum! They only offer 10 and 20 piece I don’t know why they don’t offer a bucket though.

We were in town for one night and liked it so much we had lunch the next day. Burgers are great, but the various options for wings are top notch. There is a very small counter area with stools and a folding table with chairs outside. Primarily this is a to-go food location. They seem to make most of their sauces in-house.

We went to a burger joint years ago and LOVED it, it closed and we hadnt found anything like it since. We were in OP and googled “food” figuring we’d get fast food. When I saw AJs menu I was GIDDY. When we went in he mentioned he owned the burger place we used to love and I was like, DUH of course you did, look at this genius menu! Kept my expections low though, just in case. My dude got the special Gobbler burger. OMG Glossy crispy bun, juicy burger, tastes like gourmet thanksgiving. I got a caramel apple shake, it was so hard not to chug it, like fall in a sweet soothing drink! The onion rings were literally rhe best ive ever had, not like the kind that fall out, the outside super crispy, the inside blended onion soft and flavorful with a zingy incredible dip. I wish I lived closer so we could come every day and try the whole menu. Best of all, we are CHEAP, we didnt go to steakout before AJs because I realized subs are $17. We got the massive burger, huge container of onion rings and big shake for $25! We can never both get full for $25, unheard of! This is my new favorite place, and if he disappears ill follow him to whatever place he opens next.

This was my first time here. It’s a small takeout place in West Seneca, on Orchard Park Road. My boyfriend ordered us lunch. (I couldn’t figure out how to ordered the Cincinnati Chili online). We both had an order of that. We split an order of onion rings with devil sauce. I also ordered the caramel apple cider shake. It was amazing! Definitely check this place out. You won’t regret it!!!

Back at the original location of Stack Burger on Orchard Park Road in West Seneca. Along with the great burgers and fries there are many new options including pulled pork, and Sahlens hot dogs. Great chicken sandwiches too. All top quality homemade food. It’s crazy to turn the corner to hit the fast food joints when you can stay on OP road and for about the same price, eat delicious real high quality food.

I had the Demon burger and French Onion burger, both were phenomenal! Also had the garlic parm fries and that was obviously made with fresh cut potatoes. They always have specials beyond their usual menu so keep an open mind before you arrive, you never know what surprise menu they may have! Only thing I’d say to keep in mind is that there is very limited seating so keep that in mind if you’ve never been.

The menu is very Buffalo-inspired, featuring delicious burgers, wings, and other comfort foods that are hard to resist, also BE SURE TO CHECK THE SPECIALS BOARD!!! and it’s clear they’re huge Bills fans, which adds a fun local flair. What truly sets AJ’s Kitchen apart is the owner being on-site, ensuring that every meal is prepared to perfection while engaging with guests to provide top-notch service. The milkshakes are absolutely on point and a perfect complement to the fresh-cut fries, which are also a must-try. If you’re in the West Seneca area, don’t miss this amazing establishment.
