This is the go to deli in benicia. It’s classic small town service with a smile. These sandwiches are stacked full of fresh meat. I just love this deli. Omg they gave us real plates and silverware for our dine in meal and they are so kind in every interaction. The order taker waited patiently while my son ordered slowly. It was just awesome.

Loved the experience dining in this little deli. The decor and the music gave a nostalgic atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the dining area was clean. They even had a vase of fresh flowers on every table, which is rarely seen nowadays. We had a simple BLT on sliced sourdough with a side of fries and a small chicken and rice soup. The sandwich was packed with crispy bacon and toasted nicely. The fries were crispy and light. The soup was mild and not terribly salty, which was a nice surprise for me. Overall, it was a great lunch. We’ll be back again .

First time at this place and first thing I noticed are the ridiculous prices, around $20 per sandwich is way too much as they do taste good but not that good. I have had plenty of different sandwiches through out the years and the sweet spot for a Sprankles sandwich is around $10.
The only exception is Katz Delicatessen in NYC because that’s the only sandwich that is worth $30. The bread here is about average and the meats/veggies inside are fresh but not seasoned. This place is on the same level as Fire House Subs and Jersey Mikes. I do enjoy the inside environment here as it’s clean and has cool pictures. The service is good but not as good as the premium you are paying. Will probably be back on payday when I can afford this again…

This is our go-to lunch spot. I especially love their bacon-piled BLT and the Sprankles Californian turkey something or other-it has a good pile of veggies!

The servers are always friendly and helpful and the decor is very cute.

They make their own bread and sell extra day-olds if you need some at home.

So this was the third time since they have opened I have gotten sandwiches from here, and this will be my last. The nice young lady repeated my order back to me and had it correct. My sandwich came with a ton of mayo on it!. I was able to scoop it off by the spoonful! My wife’s which had been read back to my correctly *no mayo* unfortunately can with mayo on the top bread and bottom. Both sandwiches had one small piece of lettuce. Overall I would rather go to a subway then here again.
