Absolutely delicious crawfish. Great size for the beginning of the season. Best price on the market right now. My husband enjoyed his fish and shrimp. I’ve been going to the original location for over ten years. This one is just as good. I’m impressed and will be back to dine in very soon.

We were excited to have a location closer to us but this place was not what we expected. The wait time to be seated was over 45 mins. Not to mention they use an app that will add you to the wait list, but does NOT TEXT YOU (kind of pointless). So unless you’re outside waiting, once they call your name, if you’re not out there, you’ll be missed. There’s trash piled outside by the front door. I noticed some flies inside. This location feels cramped and the seating arrangement inside feels awkward. They were out of most items we wanted to try. Getting our food didn’t take long. Crawfish were good but it seemed like once we got our food, our waiter just stopped checking in on us. If you’re willing to drive, just make the trip to 45.

Went in for dinner and unfortunately the experience was horrible, to say the least. We were a party of six and ordered five appetizers and six entrees. The appetizers came out in a fairly reasonable amount of time, but things went downhill from there.
After about a 30 minute wait, the first entree finally arrived. Then another 30 minutes passed with only one person at the table having their meal. At that point we flagged down our server, who informed us that the kitchen was backed up, which we understood. However, another 20 minutes went by before the crawfish entrees were brought out.
One person in our party had ordered 1 lb of shrimp and 1 lb of crawfish, two others ordered crawfish only, and the remaining two ordered shrimp only. When the crawfish dishes came out, we were told there would be an even longer wait for the shrimp. We also noticed that the corn that was supposed to come with all of the entrees was missing.
We continued waiting, and by the time the four people who had received food finished eating, we still had not received the shrimp entrees or any of the corns. We flagged down our server again to ask about them, only to be told after sitting there for over an hour and a half that they didn’t know when the shrimp would be ready.
At that point, we decided to cancel the shrimp orders. I understand this is a brand new establishment and there can be growing pains, but having a table wait close to two hours for food and still not receive it is unacceptable. What was even more disappointing was that at no point did a manager come by to apologize or offer any kind of solution. Even a simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way.
They really need to do better.

Great food at Crawfish Pot Pasadena location! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The meals truly bring happiness to my day. Congratulations on the new opening— this was definitely needed in the area ! Thank you for the amazing food and great service. Highly recommend!

Food was ok but the service sucked. Didn’t really get checked on. When I finished my drink, the server did offer to bring me another drink but never did. Then I asked for it and never got it. When we got our bill, she literally walked passed us several times until we literally flagged her down and asked her if she could take our payment. I’m a very patient person when it comes to restaurants, especially if they are busy, but this was not it. Maybe because they are still new?? I don’t know but as of now, I’m sticking to the one on 45.

I called 5 times and no one wanted to answer wanted to ask for mrkt prices and I will no longer come , just from all the reviews it seems like costumer service is terrible if they cant even answer the phone then it wont be great going, young kids dont need to be running thw establishment away they drive costumers away
