I won’t go back to this location until they get their crap together. Every single time I order I get the same pizza with buffalo sauce on top and I get it car side delivery and every single time they forget the buffalo sauce and I have to walk in the store to fix it. Just happened again for the fifth time and I explained to them nicely that this is the fifth time this has happened and I didn’t get a single I’m sorry from anyone or anything. Nothing to make up for it. This is absolutely ridiculous. There’s always a short bald white dude on shift when it happens (he knows this happens every time) and tonight there’s was a brown haired woman making the pizzas. I watched the women with long thick loose hair nearly stick her gloveless hands in my pizza, she had pink nail polish that was chipping off her nails that just looked gross and dirty. Both adults (not teenagers) and didn’t want to offer a single “I’m sorry about that” or anything at all. Extremely unprofessional. What the hell is going on at this location?
However there’s a white dude with brown hair taller wears a hat that I see there often and he is extremely nice and should be given a raise. He knows how to handle customer service and is very professional. Maybe y’all should put him in charge, things definitely can’t get worse.

The manager John was very rude and not understanding that my order was supposed to be here a hour ago and it still has not arrived. I live 6 minutes down the road and John excuse was “ well he has 3 orders and it’s rush hour so yeah” and I said okay it just didn’t make sense because I ordered my food an hour ago but okay and he hung up. No apology or empathy to say he is running the store.

I have been ordering for our school monthly. There was only one time it was not great pizza, I did not complain. All the other times I have ordered pizza it has been very tasty. The Thin Crust pep is my favorite. The kids all love the cheese original pizza. I love ordering online, that has not failed me yet. Easy to do, saves my order for repeating monthly, amazing! So, I ordered via the app and it connects me to this location. I called just to double confirm that they DO deliver to my address. The phone girl even asked her coworkers to make sure as well, and they TOLD me yes. They bake it, the app notifies me that “Maxwell has entered your neighborhood” however….no one came and we get a phone call (I guess from maxwell) saying they don’t deliver to our address. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! Get it together.

I came on a weekend however you know it was slam pack with calls. Their phone conversation customer service was exquisite. And when you enter the door everyone greets you. I had a small weight but it was worth every bit of it. It was very cool to watch through a transparent window of how they fix the pizza . It was very cool to watch and everyone working together as a team. when one of the employees needed something they will call it out and someone will willingly go and get what that one needed. Keep up the good work and thank you for the experience.
