I ordered my pizza via the app like I always do. I arrived to get my pizza and when I walked in, there was no customers inside except for me. As I approach the counter, two employees were engaged in a conversation, and an additional employee was in the back. I stood there without being acknowledge for approximately two minutes. When the female employee approached the counter she did not say “hello,” and just said “what’s the name.
In an attempt to be polite, I said “hi how are you?” She just stared at me. Then I said again, “how are you?” She finally said, “good, what’s the name on the order.” She appeared to not only be annoyed, but also bothered that I was even there using time out of her day. It was mind blowing the body language and attitude that she had.
She then brought my pizza (see attached photo) and it looked like someone threw it on the ground and back into the box. Then I asked for a receipt. And she said “that’s your receipt” referring to the originally print out that they attach to the box. When in fact it wasn’t bcuz how could it be my receipt if you had it there before I even paid. Finally her printer printed a receipt and she said “that’s my receipt” but then she noticed two copies printed out and she gave me the second copy.
The experience here was by far the worst I’ve ever had at a dominoes. The service was bad and my pizza looked like crap. Avoid this place. It’s apparent they don’t care and there’s no management running it.

Ordered a garden salad with our order since my sister is vegetarian. It was really upsetting for her to open her salad and see that the lettuce was nasty. Not only was the lettuce gross, there was mold on her cherry tomatoes… when we picked up our order the garden salad was grabbed from their walk in fridge. Please make sure staff is checking the condition of these salads. We paid $10 for a salad she just threw away. Please do better! This was unacceptable dominos ):

If I were to type my real review it would be an essay long. So I’ll keep it brief. Me and my man got HORRIBLE food poisoning from this location, the pizza is always dry and old looking like its been sitting for hours. Theres only ever two employees total working so Im sure they feel the need to rush through but still needs to be some sort of mandate on quality. I am definitely never coming to this location again after almost dying from the diarrhea I got. And I definitely will be switching to PizzaHut for a good while lol

My boy friend went in tonight to pick up a pizza. I called in to order a large pizza square cut. He gets back with a round pizza and told me how rude the manager was. She threw his pizza down and his change. This is the kicker he said the last time he went in there the same manager was there took his order and asked him are you sick? Because of his appearance. That was foul and unprofessional. He is a regular goes in literally everyday for a pizza. Some thing needs to be done about her. I will be calling corporate about this.

This is my local Dominos. I’m ashamed to admit but we literally order pizza at least once or twice a month.
Most previous times the pizza has been as expected but today the customer service was so memorable and I need to give them kudos more specifically to the manager Victoria.
Today, 4/13 at 8:30pm (ish) we put an order for 2 pizza and 1 order of the tots. We were disappointed to see overcooked tots. We called and explained the situation and Victoria did not hesitate to offer to make another order for us. She was extremely friendly and even suggested we try the steak and cheese tots which was a great suggestion cause they were bomb! Thanks Victoria!

Left the pineapple off one of the pizzas that was ordered! Then tried to call for the phone to be answered by a guy no hello just dominos I’ll be right with you” well after sitting on hold the past 15 minutes I just hung up!! Will NEVER go to this location again. Ps get employees who actually know proper customer service! Would give 0 stars if possible

TERRIBLE experience, the absolute WORST undercooked parmesan bread knots(pic) and the specialty spinach & feta pizza had ZERO white sauce on it making it so dry it was inedible.(pic) AND then we were treated unacceptably by a childish male manager when we called who went off the deep end on us simply for asking him to repeat his first name that he stated when he answered the phone in the first place.!. Friday night shift closers treated us so poorly & unprofessional we plan on telling ALL our friends and family & we’ll NEVER order from Domino’s ever again.

Literally the worst Domino’s Pizza I’ve ever had. I spent $30 on basically cheese and a few toppings. There was literally no dough, no crust. Mind you I did not order thin crust I ordered hand-tossed I understand that it’s not going to be a thick pan pizza but you should at least be able to taste the bread underneath the toppings. I have never in my life seen a pizza so thin.

We have had dominos several times before, but normally we have delivery, so we don’t notice anything more than the food. This time, I was on my way home, so I called ahead and picked it up. The diner is open kitchen style, and there were two people behind the counter working. They were not super busy, but maybe because it was later at night, around 10, they were not very friendly, which is fine, just a pizza place. I was given my pizza and paid for it. There was no exchange of words, and after the exchange, the attendant walked away. The pizza were 6 medium style pan because they don’t offer pan in a large. When asked why they don’t do pan in large anymore, the answer I was just told it only comes in medium, which was obvious by them telling me it wasn’t available in large. The food was rather cold when I picked it up, but perhaps that was because I was 10 minutes late to get it. The pizza itself could have fit in a smaller box than it was already in, and it had the sour smell of sour dough bread. Biting into it, the dough seemed like it wasn’t done cooking. It’s been a while since we have had Dominos, and after this, it will probably be longer before we do it again.
