Worst service ever!!

Management needs to hire better staff and teach them about customer service or they will ruin the business.

We went today and we were served cold empanadas, and buñuelos. When we tried to order for a second time, We had to ask really loud for someone to take our order since the blonde tall girl that was in front was completing ignoring us (It was a sign not to keep wasting our money there). On the second order, we were once again served with cold food.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are several establishments in the area that care about their customers and the quality of their product.

I enjoy visiting this little market last week . I order pan de bono and tequeño. Both delicious, you can tell their tequeño is made daily, the dought was soft and not hard or chewy like most colombian bakery . One of the best tequeño I had here in Miami.

The food here is great. Amazing hot chocolate. The staff, however, is rude every single time I have been here. It seems like if you are female or not a regular; they don’t want to deal with you. Today I decided to not tip because their front staff was again off-putting. And the lady started TALKING about me (assuming I don’t speak spanish).

I’ve been eating here for 30 years, stumbled upon it as a 19yr old kid working at an auto parts store next-door and have continued to come back every time I’m in the area. The best Colombian empanadas and pan de Bono in Miami, you can fact check me!
