Very tasty food and great staff. They have the option to order from the menu normally, or an All you can eat option. I’ve now done both and can say if you and those with you like a variety of food, and are moderately heavy eaters than go with the AYCE. It allows you to order starters, entrees, and everything else on the menu for $35/pp which includes 1 snow crab cluster. If you want more snow crab it is an additional $29.99/pp.. either option has to be ordered by the entire table,. Otherwise go with the regular menu. Either way you can’t go wrong. The food is good.

About 3 to 4 yrs ago I gave this place 5 stars a good review. I went today and the are under new management for the 3rd time. You can only take out because they are Renovating. I am soooo disappointed look at what I received for $50. The king crab was horrible. They were not cleaned, no taste and when I opened up the container that had the tartar source, there was a white top inside. I also ordered soft shell crab (buy one order $9. get a order free) not pleased with those . The only thing that was good was the ice water with lemon. They went up on the prices and down on the Servings. If this is what to expect when the have an grand opening, they’re going to have a grand closing. I will not be visiting them in the near future. We were craving some seafood and decided to try this spot that was close to our home. When we arrived, it was not busy at all. The hostess though told us it would be a 5 min wait but I guess it was because she had to make a call with a customer about an order, so other guests were arriving as well but they also had to wait as she was the only hostess. We feel like she should have sat us down first instead of telling us we had to wait, and then she proceeded to make a call. Once we were seated, though, everything went more smoothly. It was a casual spot, and it looks like you are allowed to sign their walls, which was filled with PLENTY of signatures. We ordered the “queen platter,” which fed 4 of us PLENTY with leftovers. It consisted of cracb legs, sausage, mussels, green clams, oysters, potato, corn, garlic bread, and hush puppies! Let me tell you, it was the best season food broil we have ate in a WHILE and for the price, definitely worth it! The mussels and everything were very delicious, and the shrimp was my FAVORITE! I also ordered a side order of fries, and they were freshly made! Nice and hit and just the right amount of crispy. I definitely recommend this location if you are ever in the area. They are in a shopping center besides a cicis pizza, so there is plenty of parking to choose from.

Upon arriving to pick up my online order, I was informed that it wasn’t available despite showing two confirmations. I expected a ‘buy one, get one’ deal on crab, but received less than promised. Feeling my intelligence was insulted, I will pursue this matter with the consumer agency due to principle, not just the food quality. This dishonesty does not align with the standards set by the Chen family since 2015.

This is my first 1 star, but this was my last night in Charlotte & this was a disappointment. They are closing or switching over to a Chinese restaurant in two weeks so they were out of items and one was lettuce. They shouldn’t be serving anything right now. I ended up ordering the gumbo and that was brought to me in a paper cup with a plastic spoon. The oysters were covered in brown butter sauce The crab legs were over cooked. If it wasn’t late and time to hit the road, we would have tried another restaurant. I hope they do better with the Chinese restaurant, but they need to go ahead and close. So if a restaurant, isn’t busy, there’s your sign.

I have been going here for almost 2 years! It’s my only crab spot I go to in Charlotte! Although I love their food over the last year, they have gone up on the prices and down on the portion sizes and sauce. I know inflation is real but come on, if that’s what you have to do to save money, then you are taking the easy way out. Go back to the drawing board and make it fair for your business and the customers that keep you around! P.S Ashley(Hopefully I spelled it right) is the best Server There!

Everything was good. The thumbs down came with the false advertisement. Our bill came up to over $158. When I asked about my shrimp i was told this did not apply to us by this waitress. As the sign reads dine in or carry out. We dined in. As I was leaving I expressed to her that is not what the sign says. She begin to change the sign as what is recorded in the video. I feel they should have honored the special because the were not stipulations noted until I mentioned my request.

This place is soooo good. The seafood has good flavor, customer service was on point. I loved my visit from start to finish. This was my first visit but we will be back.
